How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was our second stay because we loved it the first time - and it definetly won't be the last! The host, Archi, is extremly welcoming, the location is excellent, and the property is clean, spacious and cozy.

We didn’t have remotes for the AC so the apartment was quite hot at night.
Our apartments were very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Location was great, within walking distance of the sea. Archie was very friendly and a great host. Would definitely recommend for big groups!

Parking at premises currently not available due to constructions.
Pretty and unique place, clean, spacious, great variety of amenities, excellent location. Owner was very nice and shared recommendations. Best we saw in Georgia.

We really liked this house. Everything was very comfortable, 2 spacious and cleaned rooms, there is also everything for a comfortable life (shower gel, shampoo, soap). The landlord is a very kind and pleasant person who went to meet us. The location of the house is very good, there are many restaurants and shops nearby

The location of the apartment is great, in the middle of all the restaurants and cafes. The owner is friendly and kind. Great treatment. This is the most important thing. I am happy to book this apartment. You can sleep without any disturbance at all. You will find everything you need in your own home.

Washing machine spin cycle doesn’t always work, needed to be run multiple times. On multiple occasions was woken up by cars nearby blasting music at 3am

Everything was clean. Location is wonderful. The host was super accommodating, friendly and super helpful with all of our requests from helping us book taxi to book fishing trip. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to everyone!

Everything! The property was very nice. Clean, had AC in all the rooms, beds were comfortable to sleep. Full kitchen to cook in, two bathrooms which is good for bigger companies!

The great property for the money. Great host Archi was always online and helped with any question (which restaurant to visit, for example). Double bed was comfotable. Kids slept on the sofa and they felt comfortable too. Property locates in Turkish quarter, with bakery near. It was hard not to buy everything in it. Also it has a private car parking in case you traveling by car.

Everything was great, the best place we stayed during our 5 weeks trip in Georgia! The apartment is well located in the old town, clean and contains all the facilities needed for a good stay. Beds are comfortable and all the furniture looks new. Archie is very friendly and willing to help. We even wanted to extend our stay but unfortunately the apartment was already booked.

The property is tastefully decorated with objects and paintings. The owner welcomed me and did help me to bring my luggage upstairs. There is a functional kitchen where you can cook yourself the lovely fish for sale at the fish market. It is in a very enjoyable quarter, near many places within 10 to 15 minutes by car. And to use Bolt or Yandex.Go is very easy, Download these applications when you land in Georgia.
