Very cheap for the quality, our room was huge and the beds were incredibly comfy. Hosts even gave us a small breakfast even though we didnt buy it.

Good location, no problem to park a car. Room was large, clean. Breakfast served by Nino was excellent. Views are stunning,especially from terrace.

A room was a little cold (we stayed in July, but it was around 15 Celcius outside), the room was a little too far from the wifi access point, so the signal was a little weak.

Very friendly host and the location is very good and easily accessible to central square.

We had a great stay. We were upgraded with a room with a private bathroom. There is a living room and dining room too. It's in the centre of the village. We highly recommend it.

1. Waited long for check-in with luggage; staff present but kept me waiting. 2. Asked to use heater at night – female staff refused. Later, male staff knocked and complained: "Only 40 GEL for this room with private bathroom, yet you want heater?" 3. Wasn't going to put comments until i find the hotel cancelled my booking after I check-out. With dozens of Booking.com hotel i stays, this is my first negative comments.

The room was very clean and good size with a queen and single bed in the room. The shower was roomy and good. Very well situated being next door to my favourite restaurant Maia's.

There were alterations going on till quite late and early morning but I guess it's difficult to get done . As it was raining I got a ride to the bus which was appreciated. Bed was quite firm.

We really enjoyed stay at Archil & Nino’s house. Location is perfect with a beautiful view on Kazbeg mountain and church. In general, we love food, so we ordered breakfasts (20 Gel/person) and dinners (35 Gel/person) and we highly recommend to order these meals - Nino and her friend (?) are fantastic cooks and you get a big variety of georgian meals to try :) With Archil and his chacha :-D we had a lof of fun. Thank you again :)) 12/10

We loved our stay in Archil and Nino’s guesthouse. The hosts were very kind to us - my friend and I were visiting and felt so welcomed and looked after. Archil was kind enough to let us try some of his great cooking and chacha ;-). We had such a fun time and we would love to come back . We are very grateful for Nino and Archil! Surrounding area is beautiful and a great place for hiking.

What can i say! One of the best experiences in Georgia! The word for this family is hospitality! Everything is great! The rooms are very warm and the beds are comfortable! The landlord is very kind!
