Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Loud music from the restaurant at night was very disturbing, no orthopedic/medical pillows available, and housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly when asked for cleaning.
Very clean and well maintained room, comfortable bed and pillows (though could be better), excellent bathroom with strong water pressure and bidet, fast Wi-Fi, delicious food at the hotel restaurant, professional and polite front desk, doormen, and porters, safe and lively location, and beautiful style mixing classic and modern.

Our room looked out at an inner courtyard which had music until midnight. Ask for a quiet room if you sleep on the early side.
Great, quiet location with a neighborhood feel. Contemporary design. Helpful young staff.

The decor was beautiful. Art everywhere. The staff was incredibly friendly. The bar staff was so lovely. We ordered unusual drinks and they welcomed the challenge with smiles.

Food is OK but could be significantly improved for the level of the hotel overall. The only really good thing was the French fries.
Rooms are very clean, staff is polite. They solved an issue with cleaning company and refunded a full sum, which was very nice of them.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. However, the room size could be bigger.
Artizan Design Hotel is a true gem in Tbilisi. Beautiful design, warm staff, and a peaceful courtyard with the amazing Iakobis Ezo restaurant. Every detail feels thoughtful and artistic. Highly recommend for a stylish and authentic stay!

We had such a wonderful time at Artizan hotel! I booked the rooms for our girlscation and to celebrate my birthday, and everything was just perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind - they arranged connected rooms for us, which made it so much more fun to be together the whole time. They also helped us book restaurants and gave great local recommendations, which really made our trip even more special and memorable. The rooms were super clean (I’m quite picky about this), and everything felt like a proper 5-star experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and very comfortable. I truly believe that the place you stay can shape your whole experience - and I’m so glad I chose the right one. If you're visiting Georgia, I definitely recommend staying here. We left with such happy memories!

The hotel is new, location is great! Loved the interior, everything is clean, and staff! Very friendly and helpful. Restaurant and breakfast are also great, it was my second stay there, will definitely come back 🫶🏻🩷

The mattresses were very soft, while the pillows were too firm. We requested to change them, and of course, the staff assisted us.
The hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was average.

Beautifully designed hotel with a warm, artistic atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved relaxing in the garden and enjoying delicious meals at the restaurant. Highly recommend!

The Booking.com description said city veiw from balcony. I upgraded the room to have a balcony but it faced just into a a building 15m at the other side of street.. No room have city view.
