The location was really good. The staff was really warm.

Bedbugs in the beds. Poor infrastructure.

The manager was SO sweet and helpful. She really made us feel safe and welcome!

It hurts to give this place a low rating, however I cannot ignore that there were bugs and we all woke up with bites and itching red skin. This is not acceptable.

I really liked two sweet Georgian ladies. They were so welcoming ☺️ they even gave us some Russian chocolate hahah. Honestly it was so worth of money. Although the property is run out, it's authentic, clean and tidy. 3$ right in the city center and with the A/C on at night, I don't know why people are still complaining hmmmmmm.... Ladies even provided us clean bed sheet and towel ☺️☺️ they made sure the guests are comfortable

The two elderly people are very friendly.

The house is quite low-ceilinged – you can't even fully straighten up in the shower – and the room space is cramped. On top of that, Georgia has been experiencing a heatwave recently. Despite all this, I'd still prefer to stay there if possible, thanks to the two incredibly touching auntie administrators.

I booked weeks in advance and upon the arrival at 8PM I was told that there are no free beds anymore... However, I was proposed an alternative hostel just next door (at the same place) and had to pay 2 lari more and there was no warm water even (the bathroom and common area seemed to be shared between the 2 places).

Bed bugs, tons of bed bugs everywhere. June 2025. Never seen anything so bad, and when I told the woman she said she knew. Doesn't seem like she's doing anything to try and stop it, the dorm is filthy with lots of old luggage and places for bed bugs to hide. Would be a great place if you could sleep without being eaten alive. Had to leave and sterilize everything. Very highly do not recommend.

Not staying for anymore

The host was super welcoming and kind and tried to accommodate us very kindly. The hostel is super conveniently located and really cheap.

This is no place for a person to stay at. And this is coming from a group of friends with very tight budget that have stayed in very shifty accommodations before. But still, unfortunately the hostel is not livable. The bed had a mattress made out of old rugs and blankets and we were not given actual covers for the night, especially given that the window had to stay open all night long because of the stench. The wc although seemingly clean, because it was also the shower so it was rinsed out often, had a wooden plank for door and you had to crouch to get in. Let alone it was literally in the kitchen area.

Even though the location is good, the place is dirty, there are bedbugs, and it is not comfortable at all. One shower and bathroom for the whole hostel. You probably can't find worse in Tbilissi.
