The apartment itself was located very close to the city .the building has a convenience store open 24/7 The apartment is cozy as shown in the pictures and the owner takes good care of the apartment.it just felt like home 🙂

The mattress felt like a water bed. Not comfortable at all.

Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was well-equipped, there was a washing machine, and a nice dining area. When we asked the owner to turn on the heat, she arranged it promptly the next morning after coordinating with us. She even brought clothespins for our laundry without us needing to ask. She was very kind and provided all the necessary information.

Absolutely perfect location. It’s in the middle of everything! You want restaurant? Boom, its right in front of the apartment. Maybe 24 hours store? Boom, it’s right there in the building. The design is cozy and colors of apart is very warm! Two good bedrooms, one big place to sit and work remotely while watching beautiful view of the city. The balcony is quite big and you can sit there and work or drink coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet so it is perfect for chill nights! The host is absolutely perfect - she helped me with everything regarding the city! She is always online in chat and you can ask questions, if any! Overall - 10/10

There is nothing that we did not like.

The apartment is located in a very convenient location especially if you are traveling with kids. Pharmacies, supermarkets, playgrounds are all next to the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and fully equipped. Thank you to the owners for everything!

Everything was perfect. Just a small suggestion. Fitted bedsheets would be great.

Centrally located. Just 2 mins walk to the white bridge. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need. Right from all the pots, pans, plates. Bathroom has a bidet ( cold & hot function ) which was amazing. Nice Balcony with some amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. Both the Bedrooms are private and we slept well. You can see the snow capped mountains from the bedrooms. Its on the 4th floor but has a lift so no issues. Building has a supermarket right under it. There is a turkish restaurant next door and so many quaint shops and bakeries. Lovely neighborhood to be in. Fully recommend and most importantly a good host. Nina took care of us and was there to recieve us when we arrived. She is just a phone call or message away and responds quickly. Thank you Nina and Merry Christmas to you and your family. We will surely stay here again when we return to Kutaisi.

The property is the great location and the first floor has supermarket. My friend and i enjoyed do the cooking our dinner. The room is big for 4-5 people and it is clean. Recommend this room.

While we were there, we experienced a brief water outage, and the host was very helpful in offering assistance to resolve the issue.
