RussiaSpa facilities didn’t work at all. We tried to do sauna with one of the members staff but failed. Though it was so needed during our stay. Breakfast is not fresh at all fruits and vegetables are cut way before. I think at least 24h before. Very very dry meats fruits and vegetables. It’s quite frustrating. The carpets in the room have SEEN A LOT. The staines are impressive. We were glad it was just an overnight stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient.

GeorgiaUnfortunately, the hotel does not meet the standards of a four-star property, whether by Western or other international benchmarks. As a result, our expectations and the value for money were not met. For example, the breakfast was very disappointing. The food was of the lowest quality, and the coffee was watery and undrinkable. Even with the limited food selection, basic items like forks, spoons, or sugar were often missing, and we had to wait and ask several times for them to be replenished. Another major issue was the lack of noise insulation. The walls are so thin that we could hear everything from the corridors and nearby rooms. We barely slept at night because some guests, including both adults and children, were loudly talking and misbehaving until late. It’s essential to bring strong noise-canceling earbuds if you plan to stay here. The location was also inconvenient. It’s too far to walk to the ski lifts or any restaurants, so taking a taxi is necessary, and the fares are very high, adding significantly to the overall cost.
The best thing about the hotel was its staff, especially the receptionist. She was very kind, helpful, and answered all my questions and requests. We arrived earlier than the check-in time after a long trip from the airport, and she offered us a complimentary breakfast while we waited for our room. She also arranged an early check-in for us as quickly as possible. Many thanks to her !

The owner, the reception lady and Mr. Raman from the restaurant end. All are so helpful and kind to us. We enjoyed the Iranian food and Geogrian Royal khachapuri. For Halal food lovers please try BBQ from Iranian restaurant and Royal Khachapuri You will surely love it. I marked it 9.0 for sure, especially for families.

Location is very good, view is ok ( either street or mountain), breakfast is very good ( variety and taste) but it’s ending by 10 ( so early). Big free parking in-front of the hotel with sitting area. The both girls on reception are superb; Natta and Teona ( hope said the spilling correctly) they are very friendly, helpful. Service is amazing, they get to your request.

United KingdomMay be a little bit of more light would help in the bedroom and at the tea and coffee corner area in the room which was quite dark.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The view from the balcony was amazing, and both the room and bathroom were incredibly spacious and comfortable. Teona was exceptionally helpful and friendly, she even went above and beyond to assist us at the restaurant on the ground floor.
