Good location on a river, close to everything. But I should not forget to mention Ana, who is so guest-friendly, so it’s really feels better than at home.

I would like to thank our host, Anna, for great great welcoming she was smiling to us all the time and making sure we are comfortable. Our roon has classic decor and a great view on the river. Breakfast was delicious and fresh 😋. Definitely, I would come back.

The mattress needs to be updated. The bathroom cupboard had not been cleaned but that wasn’t an issue - just something that was missed in the room clean (the rest was clean). The hotel was in proximity to under the bridge which appeared to be a bus terminal. As two women we felt uncomfortable when leaving our car there. This might not bother others but worth mentioning.

Central location, and the room had a view of the river, the staff were so lovely and the food was delicious! We enjoyed getting to know the host over a delicious breakfast.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Anna. She is always respectful, friendly, and greets us with a warm smile every time. Her positive attitude and helpful nature truly made our stay special. I honestly loved the hotel even more because of her! I’ll definitely come back again, and I highly recommend looking for Anna when you visit. She’s amazing!

Lack of organization. However, they did their best to accommodate our every request.

Ana and her kindness were one of the best things. She is really welcoming and warm. The breakfast is the best we have had in our Georgia trip. So much variety and so tasty. They thought about everything, for all tastes there is something. The room is spacious and super super clean. Our room had a view to the river. It was fantastic. Can only recommend!

I had an exceptional stay at Borjomi Classic Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful classic design with a stunning river view. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. The receptionist, Ana, was very kind and welcoming — I truly appreciate her hospitality. I would like to thank Ana once again for her warm hospitality. If I return to Borjomi, I will definitely stay here again.

This is a really cozy hotel! It's near the bus station, which is pretty convenient The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was at 9am and was incredibly huge! A big thank you to the host Ana! We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night, but she already made us feel home. I would definitely stay here again!

They could provide with some water and tea coffee in the room as the breakfast time is pretty late.

Anna , the 72 year old hard working can warm lady was the star ! She made us feel at home . The location was very accessible, along the riverside.

Incredibly beautiful hotel. Every detail was thought of, from tiles, to lamps, from taps to furniture and wallpaper. Nothing was random or not matching the style. Everything clean and new (even though intending to look old), with small beautiful garden. Good location, right by the bus station and 2 supermarkets. I was worried it would be too noisy, but it wasn't. There's a sound and view of the river and a car bridge, but you can't hear it with windows closed. Very good value for money. You are greeted by a lady who speaks English and explains everything. Good WiFi. Breakfast big, although not everything to my taste (I don't eat sweet breakfast or meat): white bread, cheese, ham, sausages, hard boiled eggs, some salad, jams, olives, pastries, cake, kompot, pickle beetroot.

Loved everything.

We enjoyed our stay alot. Anna the wonder woman took care of us like a family. She was always available for everything. The rooms were spacious and the interiors neat and clean. Location is the best with all restaurants and supermarket nearby. Highly recommend.

A beautifully decorated hotel. Our room was spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the river. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of homemade foods. Very sweet and helpful staff. Convenient parking outside the hotel.
