The electricity was cut off during our stay at times during the noon hours, and the AC was not efficient during the heat times.

The room and bathroom amenities were kind of dirty and looked a bit old, even though the hotel was opened in 2019 as I understood.

Strange that in such an expensive hotel there’s no fresh coffee from a coffee machine at breakfast. Instead, there was a big container with brewed ground coffee (filter coffee). I hung the “Please clean the room” sign, and when I came back, I found they had only changed our towels.

The room was too hot and the air conditioning didn’t work properly, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Although I walk on a regular basis and had no problem walking up and down the hill atop which the hotel is located, anyone who is not in good shape should either take a taxi into town or stay elsewhere.

The room was clean, the wifi fast, the breakfast ample and the staff ready to answer questions, book taxis, etc. The hotel was also a short walking distance to the main tourist attractions.

The towels could be a little fresher

Great hotel in a very good location and transport accessibility. The hotel has a private parking, which is very important for motorbike travelers like us. Very polite and helpful staff, especially Natalie, who checked us in before check-in time and was very friendly.

Nothing, all good

Myself and my mother stayed for a few enjoyable nights. And we were absolutely delighted, the staff, the location and the room were fantastic. There was some building work outside the hotel, but it didn’t effect us at all. In fact the old buildings around gave us a nice nostalgic feeling. The first day we stayed was Easter Sunday, when we went down for breakfast, there were Easter cakes, eggs and the lovely special atmosphere. Thanks for your hospitality. We definitely come back again!

Everything. Just the surrounding houses are in a very poor condition and make not so great window view. The restaurant on the top floor on a contrary has a magnificent view over Tbilisi. There were some vegan choices at the breakfast, which makes you feel welcomed. Overall great hotel and I would like to come back.

The lights in the room are on the dimmer side and there needs to be more stands for keeping luggage. But, overall it’s a good place to stay.

Property is in good location. The rooftop restaurant has a really good ambience. And breakfast options are really good. Will recommend staying for sure!

AC was weak as if it did not make any difference being switched on or off. Breakfast could certainly improve in both variety and quality.

Our room was amazingly spacious with three balconies. Bedding linens were out of this world! Super soft and comfy. Excellent mattresses. Perfect view from both our room and restaurant at the rooftop.

The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. Room had a big terrace with chairs and a table overlooking the cathedral. Amazing view from the balcony and the roof top restaurant. Note. Hotel is located on a hill so you need to walk uphill if you plan to walk around the city.

The lighting inside was very poor. It was too dim in the rooms, in the lobby, in the hallway etc. the bathrooms were well lit. The shower taps were difficult to use - too light to the touch making it difficult to adjust the water temperature.
