The place is heavenly, peaceful, and beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, with the Gremi Monastery in the background and the presence of the adorable dogs. The room is clean, comfortable, and lovingly decorated by the owner with his carpentry skills. Gocha, the host, does everything with great love: the food is delicious, as is the service and the wine is beyond spectacular.

The host was very welcoming (the dogs also ;)), he had a lot of passion for his wine and his cooking was excellent! The location with the mountains and vinyards in the neighborhood was perfect.

location outside of the city which could be a good and a bad thing at the same time property has its own wine cellar and is surrounded by the wine yards, bunch of lovely dogs kept us entertained

Beautifully located in a small rural village, with outstanding views of the mountains and countryside, right next to a monastery I really enjoyed my stay here, the family that own it are very kind and helpful, I really enjoyed being shown around the wine making facilities, the breakfast I had was like nothing I've ever had before, truly delicious ! it set me up for the day I hope to return to Georgia again in the future and I will aim to return to Chateau Grimisio to walk around the local area and monastery Thank you all at Chataeu Grimisio !

Unfortuntaly we only were able to stay one night - we liked everything!

We had a lovely time at Gremisio! Gocha was a fantastic host, who took a lot of time to show us his vinetard, traditional vinemaking cellar and made a barbecue for us and other guests. His food and own wine was excellent, it was the best wine we drank over our 10 Days trip in Georgia. Our room incl. bathroom were comfy and clean.

The host is a very nice guy, we could try his delicious wines and home made Khinkali for breakfast. The entire place and the room was very cozy. The views are great from the room either on the vineyard or on the monastery nearby.

The location is great. Chain of Caucasus Mountains with white-snow tops and Gremi Castle from the one side and the view of Telavi city on the other side. Chateau is relatevely new, good smell of wood inside. The host of chateau is the most welcome person, Gocha, who is keeping on construction of this house as well as treating his guests with the yummy food and wine made by himself. We felt so comfortable and relaxed at this house.

Everything was great! Host was so helpful and pleasant guy! We will never forget the hospitality how he treated us! Room was nice. I think he offered us the best room with the balcony! Also we got khinkali and coffee for breakfast. Amazing accommodation!

I'm more than happy, that we've stayed by Gocha. He is incredibly nice person, that cooks better than many professional chefs. You will enjoy walking around picturesque neighbourhood.
