Keep in mind that it takes over an hour into the mountains to drive by car from Batumi city or the airport- I was ok with it as I wanted an isolated place into the mountains with fewer houses and people around. At the base of the river there is a quarry and during the day it can get noisy from the work there, I do not know if the work was just temporary or all year round.

The property is located in a quiet area in the hills of the mountains above the river, among the vineyards. I had the panoramic corner suite with all glass windows, very spacious, luxury, clean, with great views of the vineyards and mountains. The bathtub in the middle of the suite with views through the windows is a nice touch. Ideal for leisure and relaxation. Food was great. The outdoor swimming pool was nice. The chateau has only a few rooms so not crowded. Friendly staff.

Two young staff members were very friendly and super professional. Food wss delicious and room was amazing. The hotel has a fabulous view and very well preserved by the family. Winetasting of local wines is a must.

Unfortunately swimming pool was still closed and we did not mange to have a swim with a view this time.

A family-owned nice hotel with amazing view. The personnel gave us a very warm welcome. We were staying with our 3-year-old daughter and were pleasantly surprised with lots of toys available at the restaurant. The cuisine with traditional Georgian food was super delicious. Bathroom with a view is worth to stay at this cozy hotel.

Chateau Iveri is a family owned and operated winery and hotel. The service is exceptional. The restaurant serves locally sourced food, and the wine is from the hotel's vineyard. The room had a great view of the vineyard and mountains, the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Without any doubt one of the best experiences we had in Georgia and along most of our trips. This is a beautiful family-owned Winery with excellent food very friendly staff. The location is just picturesque. They have an amazing pool. very comfortable. Don't even hesitate one minute to go there at least one night to have this experience.We had such a view in our room just wow !!!!!

This was an amazing experience with everything being 10/10. To be honest this is one of rare places, where I will definitely return. And the wine, it is a separate story, never thought that Ajarian white wine will be my top-1 wine of Georgia.

We love the place, the food, the wine, the atmosphere, everything. It is a family business and you can feel they look after each detail and each guest, we stayed in the family room and it was super big and charming, the view to the river was wonderful. I wish we had stayed longer, we def have plans to come back and bring friends with us.

Amazing staff, very welcoming, smiling, making their effort to make the guests feel comfortable, good English. Very good breakfast. We also had a dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was great! Open kitchen with really nice cooking

Family run chateau where everyone is so friendly. Food and wine is great! The kids had a fun time doing the culinary masterclasses and we enjoyed the chat with the owners over wine degustation. Beautiful sunset as well.

Everything is perfect there! Nature is fantastic. People are hospitable and kind. It feels like you’ve come to visit your close friends or relatives. If you’re on a diet - it’ll be hard for you to keep it, as food is delicious and vine is perfect. Highly recommend to visit this chateau.
