There was a smell in our building but I think that it can be because of castle is old. Also the cleaning lady took our private towel and they could not find it. Morning breakfast is good but what it costs if you want to order it in it's restaurant I think that it's overpriced.

We upgraded our room and paid extra specifically for the bathtub, but we never got to use it because they only had one drain stopper for the entire hotel. Their response? “The guests have broken it.” No one informed us about this issue before we paid for the upgrade :) We stayed for three nights, and not once were we offered any cleaning service—not even a quick floor mop. Since it was snowing, walking into the room with wet shoes made the floor really dirty. Also, I feel like the lobby staff should have a bit more common sense. We ordered Lobio and bread, which (obviously) we wanted to eat together, but the bread arrived 20 minutes later, by then, the Lobio was already cold. On top of that, when I was paying, the cashier accidentally added something extra to the order. She told me to deduct that amount, but the VAT was still calculated with the mistake included, so I ended up overpaying. Moral of the story: You should know how to properly adjust an order and that Lobio and bread are meant to be eaten together, not 20 minutes apart :)

The place is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The in-door pool area was nice and pool itself was available always. Staff was friendly.

A little bit more noise cancellation in the rooms would be perfect for coziest stay in the hotel. You may hear some sounds from neighbors, not so much but for attentive ear it still sounds like that

The only suggestion I would make to the hotel would be to make an investment in a coffee machine. Breakfast coffee was served in a thermos which is less than what one would expect from a hotel like this.

Bed was noisy, room looked worn, all over the room were intimate photographies which look creengy. Balconies don't have separating walls, no kettle in the room. No shops nearby. Waiters weren't trained good. Forgot some dishes, it was hard to catch their attention sometimes.

The pool was anazing, it was clean and looked pretty. Surroundings were nice and the restaurant was tasty.

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. It’s overdue for replacement. The restaurant closes at 12 but after 10:30 there is mainly wine only! There is trash bin in the room! The body wash need to be filled and proper room service needs to be undertaken. The inner swimming pool and spa closes earlier than it should be! They close around 8:30-9 pm while they should close at 10pm The breakfast can be improved given the hotel luxury level

Asking for service didn’t help me at the restaurant. I approached the waiter twice asking to serve our table, but anyway we had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting as the kids were hungry. We ended up having dinner in that fantastic restaurant 3 minutes drive from the hotel, so I can’t really complain. The breakfast was rather disappointing. I’m only used to seeing such poor selection at the cheap hotels before. The exact pool that became a reason for us to choose the hotel was closed. Fortunately they had another pool and the overall impression about our stay here is pretty good.

The location and architecture are fantastic! The staff agreed to place an extra bed and put all my family in one room. Why wasn’t it an option during the booking is all another question. Also they agreed for the late check out. When did 12PM become “late check out” is also another question. All in all, to get a decent service I had to ask for it.
