Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Location is okay, not in boring region. There is metro Rustavelli nearby. It is okay 2 or 3 friends. Owners they help, if you ask something. Overall, suggest. Of course, not luxury, modest place

TurkeyThe hotel is well-located near the Rustaveli Metro station. Check-in was a bit stressful due to the absence of staff, but we received assistance over the phone. The on-site car park was full, so I parked on the street and found a spot easily. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom lacked some amenities, such as a towel rack, and the space was a bit narrow but still tidy. Overall, it’s a good option for short-term stays, thanks to its convenient location. The cleaning staff was friendly. Thank you.

TurkeyThere’s no staff at all. The only person around is an unfriendly woman who works at the fruit shop downstairs—she doesn’t speak a single word of English. If you’re looking for a warm and hospitable host, it’s better to choose another place. The house owner only contacts you by phone, but they do try to help sometimes.
The hotel has an amazing location—right in the city center, so you can easily walk to most places. The room was mid-range—not too fancy, but clean and comfortable. Considering the price, I'd say it's definitely worth it.

AzerbaijanResponses to messages were delayed. Before traveling to Georgia, I asked a question since I had read that most places accept card payments. Because of that, I kept most of my money on my card and didn’t convert it to lari. One day before my trip, I messaged the hotel asking if they accept card payments. The reply came too late, so I set off with my card. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that they only accept cash. I ended up spending an entire day walking around the streets of Tbilisi looking for an ATM to withdraw money. I also had to pay an extra commission fee to get cash. As a result, due to the hotel's lack of responsibility, I lost both money and time. I was very tired, and a whole day of my trip was wasted because of this.
It wasn't far from the city center or tourist attractions. It's close to Rustaveli metro station and is a hotel that matches its price. Overall, I liked it, but it could have been better.

United StatesCheck-in information a bit tardy in coming and confusing - this is NOT an entire hotel building (as you may deduce from the pictures) but, rather, one floor in a condo/residence in a multi story building. It was unclear to me, as a North American (where a european 1st floor is actually our 2nd floor, etc), that the key pickup was the same floor as where the rooms were. I startled the poor neighbors above who probably thought I was trying to break into their home.
Location excellent for my needs and super roomy (suite) room more than exceeded expectations. Decent bathroom (albeit with basic soaps/shampoo) did the job. Desk person, who showed up in the morning helpful

United Arab EmiratesThis property is listed as a hotel on booking.com, however there's no any staff or front desk. For any support, you have to contact the property owner via a call/whatsapp. Also, there was no house-keeping, no change in even the rubbish bag. The bathroom was quite smaller in size. It seems like an apartment has been converted to a rooms only tourist accommodation which is on the first floor of the building. The lift to this building does not serve to the first floor and I had carry by luggage all the way up and down from stairs. I expected this place to operate as a hotel bare minimum and to have some comfort. The pictures in the website are all misleading. Good thing is I didn't have to break my bank to pay the bill for a night here
The location is central and is a hop in to the Rusthaveli Avenue in Tbilisi.
