I fully recommend this place! We loved the rooms, and the location close to the river. Definitely go for the breakfast, which was delicious! We especially appreciated the staff, and how they accommodated our stay.

The road to the hotel is a bit hard to follow on Google Maps. The hotel staff might consider providing extra directions in advance via chat. Anywho: after the bridge, continue left for Chuberi and drive "parallel" to the path from Google Maps.

Hotel Chubezeni is a welcoming corner of piece in Chuberi. The atmosphere was warm and the food tasty, homemade and always laid out on the table. Feels like home!

The road to the hotel is under construction, so it was not entirely clear where to drive to, but we figured out by driving "parallel" to the road that was on Google Maps.

The hotel is new and nice. View from the room is pleasant. Many animals. Also, they have the best ostri in Georgia!) The best comfort food on a rainy day to enjoy next to a fireplace.

It's really difficult to get to the hotel if you don't have a car with good clearance.

The location is beautiful with a view of the mountains. The rooms are spacious and cozy. A special thank you to Mary for her warm hospitality and delicious breakfast.

The road to the place is a bit rough.

The view was amazing, the kids liked playing with the children and the host dogs. Mary and Zaza were very supportive and helped in fixing my car. Also got surprised by a birthday cake.

The menu of the restaurant is available in English and Georgian language. As I have basic Georgian language knowledge, I wanted to order from the Georgian menu, which also has lower prices, than the prices on the English menu. However, when it got noticed by the staff that I can read the Georgian menu, it got taken away immediately.

The hotel is a very pretty located and the yard has many pleasant sitting arrangements. Very good Kubdari!

A little bit cold, but it's typical of the region in winter

The host helped us with the late check in and was very helpful in general. Interior is minimalistic and cozy and it's plenty of wood.

A lot of insect in the room, a dog running around can bother you a bit.

What an amazing accommodation in the mountains! The host is super friendly, nice and helpful. Plus speaks very good English (which is very rare in Georgia). The hotel is very neat, rooms are comfortable and spacious. We even got a heater in the room. There is a fireplace, great mountains view, very calm and secluded location.

The water pressure in one of the cabins was a bit weak but otherwise everything was perfect!

Fantastic views, great host and the best breakfast we had in Georgia. We enjoyed the place much more than crowded Mestia and there are many walks around. The road to the place is not entirely paved and requires careful driving. We drove with a private sedan and it was fine so no need for a 4x4 but it does take a bit of time. The owners were helpful and informative and put up a bonfire for us in the evening.

It was very difficult to sleep because of the noise. There was noise from guests smoking outside in the gazebo. And guests above us were extremely loud. The hotel could solve this problem by putting all the hikers (who will wake up early) in the same part of the hotel or upstairs so that some of the noise problem is solved. As of 2025, the view from the property is a large rubble and lumber site.

The property is very modern in its furnishings and spacious. The dinner was menu-based and could be ordered ahead of time.
