Extremely noisy place. Very slow WiFi. Almost no lights in rooms and washrooms.

Nice river by the side of the hotel. And nice main waiter at the restaurant. Owner let us use hotel’s washing machine.

It’s the most noisy hotel ever been in. No sound proof at all. All the rooms are above a big restaurant with extremely loud music and live singing. Every evening the “party” is on until 23:00. Plus you can hear all your neighbors, even in toilet. Seriously - EACH sound of your neighbors. And every day someone was loudly walking on the rooftop. Another thing - there is very horrible lighting, or better say there is almost no light in the rooms and washrooms. Everything is very old in the hotel and poor quality.

It is important to improve the quality of the beds - in terms of comfort. It is desirable to have vegan options if necessary - in terms of food and almond/soy/coconut milk. If there are parties in the evening - it is important to inform the guests before making the reservation, the same goes for breakfast hours. At the same time, the hotel is highly recommended.

Breakfast: first of all it is served 10-11 o'clock. When you arrive at 10, they are late with breakfast for more than an hour. We have eaten after 11... Food is ok. I think the hotel is not specialized on breakfast, more on the evening restaurant for outside guests/parties. Wifi works, but it is very bad. The hosts have hard times speaking English. We asked to cancel the remaining nights (with a fee of course), the answer was "we won't do anything, if it is not cancelled in the booking". I tried to reach booking, but it took to long, so we left early, and got no refund. After few days I got mail from booking that "Hotel has accepted your cancelation, and you will get refund", but I got no word from the hotel... So think twice before you book something like that, it is not as says in the description. Old fashioned attitude, I'd say.

Nature, River and location in general.

First, Staff said that taxi fees from airport to hotel was included then next day, they asked me to pay 50 Gel .. Booking offer was including the airport taxi fees. I hate this behaviour 😒.

It was a very lovely and warm visit. They have the most delicious food, and you can enjoy the beautiful view from your room. Thank you so much for the kindest hospitality, Wardo and the staff: George and Zaur.

Initially, I picked this spot due to its cost-effectiveness (it’s 2-3 times more affordable than alternatives) and its convenient location for visiting attractions like Machahela, Mirtveti, Kapnistavi, and Gvara. However, during my stay, I found several other advantages: 1) There's an in-house restaurant that offers tasty dishes priced 15-20% cheaper than in Batumi. This is a great convenience for when you're out touring all day. If you prefer quieter settings, it's best to check if any events are scheduled during your stay. 2) The hotel administration offers guided tours to all nearby landmarks, which is very handy. 3) The picturesque setting is a delight, with the property nestled between tall mountains and a river. 4) The hotel management is client-oriented and incredibly courteous, which, in my experience, isn't often the case in Georgia. They resolved an issue with a delay in the restaurant during a crowded event to my utmost satisfaction. Moreover, they are a delightful, welcoming group of people, making communication very easy. 5) The hotel's atmosphere is unique and charming. It simultaneously reminds me of The Overlook Hotel and a palace from a traditional Slavic fairytale. In conclusion, I can definitely recommend this property for its value for money, superb service and enchanting setting.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel near a stunning river. The atmosphere was incredibly calm and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. The serene surroundings and the sound of the river added to the overall tranquil experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

I booked the room very late at night - bad weather caught me on a business trip and I was not able come back. I found this hotel absolutely randomly. But it was like in a fairytail - a good fairy blessed us with a great place to sleep. The hotel is cozy and wooden, and we have got a room with a view of a river and mountains - absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and nice, and the director and all staff were very attentive to us and very pleasant. The hotel and room itself are totally worth its price. I would highly recommend staying and enjoy.
