We spent four nights at this lovely guesthouse and couldn't have been more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our kind host, who greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. She showed us around the place and prepared an absolutely delicious dinner. It was also no problem to purchase beer or wine to enjoy with our meal. Breakfasts were just as fantastic — fresh, generous, and tasty. When we asked for a bit more food, our host was more than happy to accommodate us with kindness and care. Fantastic mountain view from our bedroom window. The host arranged our transport back to Mestia, at a time convenience to us that was very appreciated. Beautiful balcony and quiet garden cafe. A relaxed small family environment.

A very pleasant experience. Admittedly, it is more basic accommodation with a shared bathroom, but the friendliness of the hosts, location in beautiful surroundings and excellent food add to the unique feeling. It is also an excellent starting point for wandering around the area, both for visiting the nearby mountains and glacier, as well as for a walk in the village.

Beautiful location in Ushguli. Super nice host . Room was very nice and super clean . very clean shared bathrooms . Felt myself like in my house . Also there is small family kitchen, tryed Ostri (Georgian dish) , was so delicious . Definitely recommend to stay here!!!!!! and also must try their family kitchen.

Best guesthouse we stayed at whilst on the Mestia - Ushguli walk! Very friendly hosts, lovely garden where you can chill out in the sun with a beer. Dinner and breakfast was amazing, you will not go hungry. The husband gave us a taxi ride back to Mestia. Highly recommend for your stay in Ushguli!

The owner was friendly and helpful. Very limited English is spoken at this guesthouse but we made do. The dinner and breakfast were very tasty and filling.

The guest and her family are very attentive. Nice view. Well located. Breakfast is varied and plenty, she even let me take some leftovers for lunch and shared some with a young couple that were short of cash as well. Cash is king in a land of no ATMs, bring sufficient. At the end Jason Statham look alike dude drove me back to Mestia while the stereo played svan tunes.

Nothing bad to say.

Great diner and breakfast with a wide choice of dishes. Location is good in Ushguli, we could leave the car on the property. We arrived quite late and missed the messages from the owner, but she kindly changed us to our room the next day as our room was booked the day we arrived. Nice people, superb views and very good food. For a small guesthouse in the mountains, the rooms were fine and comfortable.

The food was great and the hosts were very kind. The location is at the top of Ushguli, which is really nice. There are some great outside areas and a terrace for relaxing, which was really nice in good weather. It’s a really good price as well!

The spring mattress on the double bed felt perhaps a bit like a hammock

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the family extremely friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were BY FAR THE BEST we had on our 4-day hike. They arranged reasonably priced horse riding to the glacier and a car back to Mestia. Comes highly recommended! 🥰

My sister and I arrived after hiking in the rain all day. We immediately took hot showers and then relaxed in our room with a really nice electric heater that felt great. This was our last night after hiking from mestia to ushguli and the food was the best meal yet. Our host made many different dishes and it was truly amazing. When we asked for a beer, she went outside in the rain and grabbed two for us. In the morning I wanted something extra for breakfast and she gladly got it for me. A truly great host that I would recommend.

Great accommodation in Ushguli, guesthouse lady was incredibly willing to do anything to make our stay more pleasant. For example she cooked according to our wishes even when we came late and we did not have to pay full price, just meals from menu which we wanted. Also she cooked something what was not prepared in the evening, it is service as from five-star hotel. The prices were also pretty great and meal was fantastic. You will not regret staying here. Also they took us back to Mestia when we needed.
