Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SpainEverything was perfect. It's a shame we didn't have more time to walk around Zhabeshi and talk a little more with the family.
Hospitality of the family was awesome and made us feel comfortable. All the family makes you feel like a invited family or friend and not like a client. They really care about making you feel comfortable and cared for, and they have details like offering you a jug of water, tea or some apples as soon as you arrive after a long walk. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of food that you can bring for your daily route to Adishi. Thx Tsiuri and family ❤️❤️❤️

Welcoming house with a beautiful garden and a porch where you can relax. The owner is caring, warming, and really hard working. The food was delicious, and she was so nice to prepare us a lunch box for the next morning (we left very early). Just go there, you won't regret it!

United KingdomReally lovely guesthouse in an idyllic location with a very welcoming host who kindly brought us cold water and fruit when we arrived after our long day of hiking. The hot shower and toilet were super clean. We had dinner and breakfast and both were delicious. Best guesthouse we stayed in during our 7 day hike through Upper Svaneti.

Austria-
Tsiuri and her daughter were lovely and very hospitable. The guesthouse sits a very short walk outside the main village and in a gorgeous setting. There is a patio overlooking a very pretty garden where we were offered tea and water when we arrived. The water in the shower gets piping hot, and the shower and toilet were both very clean. The room was also very clean, and we had a nice thick blanket (even though it was July, it got quite chilly at night, but we were cozy inside! Dinner was also excellent. Lots of veggies, and everything was very flavorful! It was a nice contrast from some of the very heavy meals we have been eating here in Georgia. I had the opportunity to have a very thought-provoking conversation with Tsiuri. She's really an insightful and wonderful person. Thank you for everything!! We won't forget this stay!

AustraliaThe sound proofing in the room isn’t the best. There was a large group of American university students there and it was very noisy till the early hours. May have been more of a people problem than an infrastructure problem, however.
Modern room with private bathroom- very comfortable! We had a shared balcony out the back of the property with a great view of the mountains. The food was plentiful and delicious. They offered free luggage storage for us while we hiked from Mestia to ushguli. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing and hospitable guesthouse and very lovely owner. They greeted us with fresh water and fruit. The bed was comfy and everything was perfectly clean. The guesthouse is situated in a lovely garden. The food was amazing (home made cheese, milk, Kachapuri, their own jam and honey as well tasty homemade Chacha)! We can fully recommend staying here while doing the trek and would gladly return again!

IsraelVery nice and hospitable hosts. The room was clean and comfortable. Common shower and toilet are large and clean, and since we ware the only guests that night it was no discomfort that its not private. Dinner was great and they happily made us the breakfast "to go" that we asked for. A really nice, simple and genuine experience.

QatarDoing the Mestia-Ushguli hike, we were exhausted after the first day! The host was so lovely and welcoming. The shower was strong and everything was clean and comfy. Yummy food (the best we had on the trek). So many stars in the sky! Surrounded by mountains. A short walk to the start of the next day's trail. Can't speak for any other homestay in this village but would give this one 10/10 and would deff stay again.

We loved Ciuri's guesthouse! The bedroom and seating areas were clean and comfortable. The family is so warm and genuine, and lovely to speak with. We enjoyed seeing all the elements of homesteading such as growing vegetables and flowers, timber keeping, beekeeping and wool spinning. Their homemade food is delicious with variety, made with love and more than worth it. You would be lucky to stay here, it has been our favorite guesthouse so far during our hike
