Thanks for everything! Brendon you are so nice, I am traveling alone and you care about me,trying to help me solve the problem. Your hostel is really clear and nice. There are some room rules to make sure everyone uses washroom and kitchen orderly and in time.

The shower near the 4 beds bedroom should be built in a way that it won't get everything wet. Please provide hand towels in kitchen and toilets!

First of all - Brendon is a very kind soul, the owner is very lucky to have him. The beds were comfortable, people were kind, the place is fairly clean, the water are warm, not many stairs to carry my luggage on, AC is good, locker with a lock and drawers under the bed, comfortable kitchen etc etc...

On the negative side, the upper beds had no privacy, and the hallway motion sensor lights lit up the entire room every time someone walked by, even in the middle of the night. Finally, the number of bathrooms was not enough for the amount of guests, which meant waiting almost every time. This was ultimately the reason why, when I came back to Tbilisi, I chose to stay at another hostel.

I feel a bit conflicted about my review of this hostel.On the positive side, everything was spotless and well maintained. The common areas were comfortable, the kitchen was immaculate, and the location couldn’t have been better. Most importantly, Brendon, the manager, was exceptional — his attentiveness and kindness truly stood out. He alone deserves a 10!

The bathrooms need more hooks for hanging clothes, and the top bunks would be better if they had curtains.

Great location and overall a good hostel. The host Brendan was amicable (even going to the effort of learning everyone's names) and really helpful with any questions I had. Rooms have comfortable beds and strong A/C. The whole hostel seemed really clean.

Absolutely amazing hostel. The manager Brendan was so kind, helpful and even learnt everyone’s names which felt very personal. I only met the owner on the last day but he is also super lovely! The room was extremely clean and spacious, the shared bathroom was also very clean. Free washing facilities are a huge bonus! Great location, walkable to most things.

Perfect stay – 10/10! I stayed in room 2 and absolutely loved everything about this hostel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly – a real lifesaver in the summer heat. There’s also a small shop nearby where you can easily grab some water or snacks. It’s a great spot for a short stay or if you’re planning to explore the old town – the location is very convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is the sound of passing cars, which might bother light sleepers. It didn’t disturb me at all, though, and I left completely impressed and happy. A special thank you to Brandon, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable – I’ll always think back to this place warmly because of him. Highly recommended!

Brandon & Jason are the Heart & Soul of this wonderful "new home" away from home. They are loving & caring making you feel like part of the special Cosy Koala family. I have traveled for over 80 countries (and counting) and I manage international training in customer service/talent/leadership development so I have plenty experience to say that Cosy Koala Team(Jason & Brandon) have a wonderful customer service. This was the best hostel I have ever been to. Staff is super friendly, rooms, common areas and bathrooms are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

No if to say one - don’t go tour with Cometravels it’s adding a minus to my trip. 11.5 hours all the way in the van and put me in a Russian group that’s uncomfortable experience ever. Go get your SIM card in the galleria shopping mall in liberty square. That’s all the tips during my trip. Other than that nothing to complain, thanks Brendon for all the help!

Everything was perfect, it’s small but cozy place. Location is big plus, and Brendon is wonderful, he is so nice helping me get a bolt from airport when I was in trouble with my phone, he works hard in maintaining the hostel clean and safe. Unexpectedly I slept quite well for all the four nights. Recommend to anyone coming to Tbilisi.

One of the key points which i really liked is the location, friendly Brendon who helped a lot. Clean area, with a kitchen and nice people who was been living there and met.

There might be extra 2 washroom maybe in the backyard can be thought to be planned for future. Since the host advices everyone to keep it to max 10mins only during rush hours it was managable. But still it was overall a great stay.

Location is great. The host Mr. Brendon is wonderful person. Very helpful friendly and always with smile and positive energy which pumps up your mood for the day. Just like the name Cosy Koala, we do feel cosy as a Koala when staying there. The bed and the sheets are comfortable. He instructs everyone on how to keep the washroom clean, so that actually helps in maintaining a usable manner. The kitchen and common area facilities are like home. You have everything there.

My stay at this hostel was outstanding. It is impeccably managed, beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and tidied up every single day. Rules are applied and respected by everyone, ensuring a pleasant experience for all while embracing the richness of diversity. There is genuine care for both the guests and the place itself. The value for money is excellent, and the neighbourhood is a gem—at once charming and extremely convenient. I cannot even remember what I ate yesterday, yet they remember every guest by name! ❤️

There was a drain smell in the bathroom.

The manager, Brendon, was incredibly kind and welcoming. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond by turning on the AC in my room before my arrival on a very hot day—such a thoughtful touch. The hostel itself is quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great stay!
