We had shortages of water and internet, but they were dealt with very quick, in a matter of minutes. I would very much recommend mosquito nets and window blinds for 2nd floor. Wet room shower is not my preference, but you can live with that.

Location is perfect, last house in the village, but two minutes' walk to small shop. It's nature right around the corner but with advantages of civilisation. The house is new, everything was clean, view from the windows is amazing, enjoyed Kazbek every minute. Huge yard to play outside. The host was very kind, quick to response (we had to make an urgent booking), made our stay very comfortable, presented us very tasty homemade cheese.

The shower has plenty of hot water, but the drainage could be improved a bit to keep the floor dry.

The cottage is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. It’s located in the Sno area of Kazbegi, set in a wild field near a flowing river. If you enjoy running, you’ll find great trails along the river and up the mountains. The kitchen is relatively minimal but we managed to cook our own meals with groceries we bought in the village center, a 10-minute drive from the cottage. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. We stayed there as a family, but it’s definitely also suitable for a romantic getaway.

We had language barriers but the host is so helpful and accommodating. They responded to all our requests promptly. The cottage itself is beautiful, very clean and complete with everything u need. Would highly recommend everyone to stay here for the best kazbegi experience!

We had a lovely stay here. The location is beautiful with amazing views from the cottage. It has everything you need and very clean and modern. Hostess (and her Mum!) are very welcoming and helpful. They very kindly offered us some food on arrival and warm milk for our son.

Only minor inconveniences: some curtains on the upper floor would make sleep more comfy. Also, bathroom floor is very cold, a rubber mat would really help.

Very cozy! Location on the border of Sno, very private and great views on both sides of the house. Very nice and helpful owners. House equipped thoughtfully for a comfortable stay. Hot water in the shower, everything new and clean There are two mini shops in Sno. It’s best to bring your own food or have a vehicle to drive to Stepantsminda

It's an astonishing place. There is a big garden where you can walk and enjoy the fresh air and its view on a wonderful river. From from front view, you can see the Iced Mountain. Also, the whole village is covered by a series of amazing mountains. We really enjoyed being there. In addition, the owner treated us very well, and we felt like we were in our home. It's a great experience. We are so excited to do it again.

Everything was amazing, the view was incredible and inside of the cottage was very specious with handmade beautiful furniture and everything you need during your stay they already have, which is great plus. Starting from wine opener to bathroom fluffy robes… There was a girl name Ana, the hostess, she was very kind, helpful and caring throughout my stay, very grateful that those kind of people exist. It was also very quiet around the cottage which was just what i needed for good rest. Cant wait to go back again and hopefully soon!!!!

The location is incorrect so it took some time to figure out where it is. The water pressure is bit weak. You must grocery before getting in
