The window wasn't properly curtain and some didn't have any the road is little bit hard no signs you have to contact the owner to get there in night time

Everything is very beautiful but something seemed a bit of bad quality. Like the sink in the bathroom was shaky and the shower head wasn’t rightly attached, some of the tree around the spa had fallen of etc.

When you get to the cottages to walk to your cottage theres no pavement therefore it'd be great if they would make a pavement leading to each cottage. The mud would get your sneakers dirty.

It had nice view However to get there you would need a driver that speaks georgian and is skillfull as the cottage is in mountainous area

The kitchen equipment could be a little more extensive.

The location of the cottage is incredible. Located in the middle of the forest, the last 100m can only be reached on foot. The narrow path is beautifully lit and leads up to the cottage. A curved wooden staircase leads to the terrace with incredible views of the forested mountains. The terrace is large with chairs, a table and a hanging chair. The cottage has 2 floors and is more than spacious for 4 people. The facilities are excellent. Everything was super clean. On the upper floor there are 2 large bedrooms with large windows for a fantastic view, above a double bed there is a window that leads up to the roof and offers a view of the starry sky. Each room with comfortable beds, large shelves, bean bags and carpets. For us there was a Christmas tree built on the wall and the outside area was decorated and lit for Christmas. All this together with 60 cm of fresh snow was the perfect Christmas atmosphere for us. It was incredibly beautiful! We would love to come back sometime. Thanks so much!

The kitchenware was not very good. There was very little tea and coffee in the kitchen, and some basic stuff (like cooking oil) was missing. But on the first night we decided to order some food from a local restaurant, and the portions were big enough to keep us going for the whole stay. The outdoor pool was closed, though we are not sure if it is supposed to be working in the winter season.

The location, the breathtaking views right from the bedroom, the windows in the ceiling that allow you to see stars.

Awesome location and view, accomodation cosy as on the photos, pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a basic kitchen equipment so you can cook your own food or they offer food delivery (really tasty) from a reastarurant. There is a yellow hiking path few dozen meters behind the cabin, if you want to go to the nature.

It took us about half an hour to check in. When we arrived, no staff were on‑site, and no one answered the phone numbers listed on Booking.com or Google Maps. The pool had no pumps or filters, so the water was murky. We also had problems with the heating and hot‑water supply. The windows could be cleaned more frequently.

Located in a wonderful forest, these are nice and well-equipped cottages with a pool, kitchen and a terrace. Good bathroom, a good set of garden furniture.

The use of the bathroom wasn’t comfortable for us. There is a smell coming from it, the floor was very cold and there are no slippers available. The rooms are clean but the toilet seat wasn’t clean when we first used it. There are no shelves in the bathroom to put your tooth brush or items (I know this is a small thing but it affects the comfort of the stay because the only mirror is in the bathroom so you need to use it frequently). Also the place isn’t equipped with everything you need in terms of amenities but when you ask they bring them to you if available (they were able to provide almost everything we asked for). Also we aren’t really used to having dogs around. There are several dogs in the area, they fight sometimes, they come to the cottage door and try to get inside. They didn’t seem harmful like when you try to push them away they listen, but they stick around. We wanted to have a walk outside but we couldn’t walk as much as we wanted because the dogs were following us and literally sticking to my friend’s hand all the time.

The views are amazing just like the pictures. We were lucky it started to snow and it was really magical. We woke up and the whole area was covered in snow ♥️. The design is nice and modern. The owner and manager were also nice, responsive, welcoming and tried to answer our needs
