Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ArmeniaThe apartment was extremely cold. Cold floor. Cold air. I was sleeping in thermal underwear and sweater. There were couple of blankets but they didn't help. There were no slippers. No toothpaste. No toothbrushes. No soap. Only two small tubes of shower gel and shampoo which is not enough for 2 persons for 3 days. In our apartments wifi didn't work. We tried to restart router, but it didn't help. We texted to administrator to fix this. They said that service provider will fix this in 3 days. So during our stay in Marshall Gudauri Project wifi didn't work. To be fair, I want to add that in our friends apartment (in the same inn) wifi worked and there was additional heater (maybe because the apartment was slightly bigger). After all of the issues (with wifi and temperature in the apartment) the administrator did not make even small concessions (we asked about the possibility to use towels after check out in our friends room). Additionally, curtains were broken (didn't close). The shower cabin is designed in such a way that during the shower, water is poured onto the bathroom floor. Because of this, the bathroom floor was often wet.
The apartment looks nice and modern. There was a detailed guide, so it was easy to find the inn and keys in the locker. I like the location of the apartment, it was close to one of the lifts and some restaurants

RussiaI booked a room for 140 GEL, but on the check-in day, the price on Booking changed to 196 GEL. After a while, the host started messaging me, saying that the payment from my card wasn’t going through on Booking and that they would send me a link to pay for the room. In the end, the price in the link was 200 GEL. The communication took place online, and I neither had the time nor the desire to argue. However, the experience left an unpleasant feeling.

IndiaTerrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I recently stayed at this property, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with accommodations. From the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, there were numerous issues, and the management’s lack of response made everything even worse. 1. Unhygienic and Poorly Maintained Rooms The room was in an unacceptable condition. It reeked of a foul smell that made it nearly impossible to feel comfortable. The bedsheets were dirty and clearly unwashed, which is both unhygienic and disrespectful to paying guests. It was shocking to see such neglect for cleanliness and basic upkeep. 2. Ineffective Heating System The heating system was either malfunctioning or completely inadequate. The room remained cold and uncomfortable throughout my stay, making it difficult to relax. This is a serious issue, especially during colder months, and it shows a complete disregard for guest comfort. 3. Poorly Equipped Balcony The balcony had no proper screens, allowing insects to enter the room easily. This not only added to the discomfort but also posed a potential health hazard. It was clear that no effort had been made to provide a pleasant or safe environment for guests. 4. Lack of Basic Amenities Shockingly, there were no basic supplies in the room—no soap, slippers, or other toiletries. These are minimum requirements for any accommodation, yet this property failed to provide even that. 5. No Reception or Room Service The property doesn’t have a reception or room service, which made everything more frustrating. Guests are left completely on their own with no support, assistance, or anyone to address their concerns. 6. Non-Responsive Management The most infuriating aspect of this stay was the management’s complete lack of response. I tried multiple times to contact them, but they either didn’t answer or ignored my concerns entirely. This lack of accountability and customer service is absolutely unacceptable. 7.
