No elevator , so many steps, no safe in the room. I had a problem when I arrived. They didn't want to use my credit card ,but after 5 minutes, they explained they did.

Exceptional family-owned hotel. Be sure to ask the owner for recommendations on what to see and where to eat—don’t rely on Google reviews for that. The owner will point you to places where you can enjoy the best Georgian dishes in Batumi. The location is also excellent. A 2-minute walk brings you to a beautiful park—perfect for relaxing on hot summer days. The promenade and beachfront are just a 5-minute walk away. What truly stands out is the authenticity and hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly. They even gave me a ride to the airport at no charge—though I can’t say they’ll do this for everyone, it speaks volumes about their kindness. The room was clean, and everything worked perfectly—no complaints. Some rooms face the street, but there are also very quiet rooms available for those who prefer a more peaceful stay. There are many hotels in Batumi, but if you’re looking for a genuine Georgian experience at a modest price, this is the place to stay. No penny was paid for this review.

A very comfortable hotel located near the old town. The staff is very friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The single room is quite small but very clean and comfortable. I also ordered a breakfast which was very tasty.

Location is the best, because of that price is really reasonable, off-season has even lower prices luckily. Nice shops and cute little coffee shops, cafés around, not far from the sea at all. Cute little balcony and clean room, staff was also very attentive. Thanks!

For able to turn on electricity you always need to put chip which belongs to keys. For me it wasn’t comfortable because I would leave some technical things for charging while I explore the city. Half door in shower that’s mean sometimes a water will go away from the shower cabin. Hairdryer has bad smell and not possible to switch intensity but at least he works

Small disappointments- very thin pillows, conditioner dripping right on the balcony, shower has only a half of fence

Excellent location near all interesting places, 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the Europe square, 15 min to the Ropeway Argo. A lot of caffeine and small restaurants, 24/7 shops. Clean and cozy room, tasty breakfast We choose a room with small balcony to the yard and it is pretty quiet.

I didn’t find any major drawbacks - it’s worth mentioning the poor sound insulation, to clean the room you need to leave the keys at the reception.

The location of the hotel, a large room, radiators worked in winter, the air conditioner worked for heating, there was hot water. Nice little hotel - I liked it
