Smart mode in TV hasn’t worked. Sometimes WiFi was little bit weak.

Amazing hotel with all necessities including AC, towels, slippers, shampoo and linens. The workers are very friendly and helpful. There is also a balcony where you can just sit and relax. The breakfast was pretty good. The food was fresh and delicious.

Noisy at night, as you can expect in such a central location. It would be great if the rooms were renovated. The furniture was old and there was mold in the shower.

The hotel corridor smelled of food all the time. Because there is a restaurant downstairs. But there was no smell in the room itself. So overall everything is fine.

It is a good combination of price and quality. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is located quite centrally and the area is rather quite.

I noticed traces of mold in one of the rooms I booked. Breakfast was extremely simple and you didn't have a variety of food to choose from but overall I think it was a pleasant stay (the price was also quite affordable).

The furniture in the room is better than the actual photos, nice toilet, wifi was okay. The location of the hotel was great.

Big clean room in the center of Batumi. Comfy matress. Good breakfast based on home prepared food. Polite and friendly service. Superb Azerbaijani cuisine served in the restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was basic with limited choices. I asked for an iron, was told I would get one later, it never arrived. When we were leaving I asked the gentleman in the reception for a taxi, he couldn't help me with the request.

The rooms are large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Cleanliness was good. The location was ideal for a short stay. It was easy walking distance to the old town, Europe Square, Piazza, Dolphinarium and the Black sea. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants in the area.

The A/C was leaking on the bed corner. I offered immediately a room change. Parking is a problem in that area. The person un the front desk didn't accept my diplomatic card un order to pay without taxes as I'm accredited for this in Georgia. He just gave me something like invoice after my request that is not even valid. ( a piece of paper printed on site)

Big room. Many furniture. Pot and fridge in the room. Good pressure of hot water. Good air-cooling. Big balcony with chairs and table. Delicious breakfast included. Very close to the sea and many local grocery stores and bakeries.

One of the best hotel in Batumi. Clean, and the reception staff Mr. Abbas is really accommodating and helpful. Nice breakfast and I would love to stay again. Highly recommended!!
