Well-marked access road, so it was easy to find the place. Great shared terrace with outdoor seating, free parking, and the option to buy homemade wine or rent bicycles. Clean room with a balcony. For one night, it’s an ideal value for money.

Hotel garbani is one the best place to stay for those who are visiting kazbegi. The views from the room is also amazing. The location is 7 mins from the centre. Arsha waterfalls is also nearby. Giorgi, the host, is an amazing person who is readily available all the time. My son really missed his presence when we came back. Those who wish to cook, shared kitchen is there. Car parking is also available.

However, the bed was not a single double bed but rather two singles pushed together, which may not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, there were no slippers, toothbrushes, or toothpaste provided, and only one bathrobe was available. An iron would also be a helpful addition.

Not many shops in this area, you still need to go to Stepansminda about 7km to buy food etc.

Nice hotel with good price, family room os comfortable. They helped us using washing machine for free, shared kitchen is spacious too.

The toilet seat was broken and the sheets came loose of the matrass the whole time. I wouldn't call the kitchen fully equipped, but it's nice that you are able to cook something yourself. The fridge and towels in de kitchen were quite dirty however.

Very nice host who is able to give great recommendations about the area. The location is convenient when you have a car.

The hotel seem very family oriented, there are a lot of kids, this might be a good thing for some but it can be a bit noisy.

I will give it a 10 because for the price you won’t find anything comparable, Giorgi was an amazing host, the room was cozy and comfortable. There is place to park and Giorgi is also knowledgeable in the area. He speaks a lot of English so you can definitely communicate well.

Lovvveddd it!!! Everything was just so beautiful the colorful flowers at the entrance, the fresh air, cool breeze, mountain view.. neat & clean house with living room and kitchen well equipped, washing machine and Everything that's needed for an amazing stay. Can rent bicycles too.Giorgi the host is th coolest of alll, one can go on fun tours with him too. Such an amazing warm welcoming person. Definitely gonna revisit! Highly recommend 💞
