A perfect value for money, flat in the heart of Vake area very close to all we needed. The garden — a hidden gem and the host is like a nonna we came to visit in a country house. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Its a cozy apartment with a pleasant courtyard. The kindhearted owner Nino lives nearby to take care of any issues .The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine for an extended stay. It's very quiet at night and with a comfortable bed I slept like a log. I also enjoyed walking along Irakli Abashidze St with its wide footpaths. It has plenty of Cafes and Restaurants. If you walk all the way to the end it enters into beautiful Vake Park.

A modest but cozy apartment centrally located in Vake but very quiet and calm as it is behind the buildings facing the street. Nino the owner does everything to make sure that your stay is a comfortable one. There is an inviting garden behind the apartment but unfortunately it was too cold for me to enjoy. I hope to return.

If you order food delivery, it's a bit hard to explain for a courier where to come.

The apartment is very nice, I can especially recommend for summer stays: there is a very lovely terrace and air conditioner, the location is very good, many coffee places around.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. This is a quiet place with its own courtyard and a huge window. My apartment has everything I need and there is enough space for a group of two to stay for a week.

Had such a blessed vibe in an area where the locals live. The owner made sure my stay was safe and comfortable, nice little patio to enjoy the evening or day to relax. Will return if back in Tbilisi :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment located in the Vake district of Tbilisi, Georgia, and I can honestly say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The apartment is a garage that has been beautifully rebuilt into a spacious and comfortable studio, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of the city. One of the highlights of this apartment is the panoramic window that offers breathtaking views of the garden. I spent countless hours admiring the stunning scenery. Another feature that really sets this apartment apart is the terrace with its lovely garden. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare meals. Despite the colder weather outside, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was warm and cozy inside. The heating system worked perfectly, and I never once felt cold during my stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the excellent WiFi connection. As someone who needs to stay connected for work, I was thrilled to find that the internet was fast and reliable, making it easy for me to stay on top of my emails and stay in touch with friends and family back home. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city. Plus, the host was incredibly accommodating and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I would give this apartment a rating of 10 out of 10. This place has a unique vibe, and I can't wait to return for another visit soon!

Beautiful place! Very quiet green area, there are many shops and cafes around. Terrace is a big love. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and attentive, she met me and showed me everything, she was always in touch and ready to help. Thanks Nino!

the sheets (made me want to upgrade mine at my retreat) need clean fresh sheets on bed the old fat man in front of window (no privacy) the kitchen if you want to cook not good the lack of friendliness of owners (they are over their work) if we greet foreigners we need to be a little friendlier understand you needed holiday but min connection

liked the quiet at night except for some dogs barking like the location for good yoga school liked the private entrance
