Coffee on the breakfast table would be a real asset. The lovely pleasant girl working there was forever making coffee as the majority drink it at breakfast time. Think you may need new mattresses! Mine was pretty lumpy and not very comfortable.

Nice location, perfect panorama view from the breakfast table. The pool and spa was super, the area and restaurants nearby are super too. We lost a bag during the stay, which mag me very nervous. However, the employees helped a lot to return it, so everything was good again.

Noisy when parties going on in restaurant. Also vent for air-condition turns on very loud at 6:30am. On one end of building very loud!

The main downside was the poor performance of the air conditioners. The lack of mosquito nets on the windows forced us to choose between a stuffy room with closed windows or fresh air with lots of insects inside. In our room, the showerhead holder was broken and wouldn’t stay in place, so we had to hold the showerhead by hand. The pool left a negative impression: it was very dirty, with bugs and gnats floating in the water, and it wasn’t cleaned throughout the day. The sauna and hammam barely reached 60°C, so the experience was underwhelming — more symbolic than relaxing. It would have been nice to have a more welcoming and engaged reception team. Upon arrival, there was no introduction to the hotel’s amenities or how to use them — we had to figure everything out ourselves through trial and error.

The hotel impressed us with a stunning mountain view and a very convenient location — everything was within walking distance. The restaurant staff were friendly, the breakfasts were quite good, and the prices were reasonable. A special mention goes to the delicious food served at the hotel’s restaurant. The room had everything we needed: towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, and bathrobes. The bed was comfortable, and there was a soft pouf on the balcony, which added a cozy touch. The hotel also has a wonderful rooftop terrace with an amazing view of the city and nature — a very cozy spot for evening relaxation.

The showerhead was difficult to hang up.

Lovely hotel in the center. Important sightseeing only steps away. Very comfortable room with a good bed and shower. Breakfast had enough to choose from and with a wonderful view on the cathedral and monastery. Great service from the receptionist!

The bathroom is not comfortable to use.no place to put my beauty bag at all.there was only a free standing sink.not even a shelve to put our things on.the light could not work without ventilation.no curtain in the shower so the floor got wet

rooms need a little renovation

location good, staff friendly, clean comfortable room and one big plus of the hotel is that you can use outdoor swimming pool 24 hours , during my stay it was rainy night unfortunately but we enjoyed a lot by the way ❤️

it would be better to take just a little bit more attention to the cleaness of not the room but the chairs.

the hotel was great, all the staff are very polite and nice to you. Definitely a place to spend some time and rest. As for the food, it was very tasty and great with normal prices.

They forgot about air conditioning remote control, but as we asked they gave it to us so it was not a problem. I would like to suggest to paint walls into orange colour, because grey gives cold look to rooms.

The city is tiny itself and hotel was near the centre, about 5 min to walk. Hotel has nice stuff, it has big bedrooms if you will have big luggage placing it won’t be a problem. They provide basic needs: toothbrush + toothpaste, coffee tea and etc.

Amenities were very bad. The pool was dirty since the filtering system was not working, spa and saunas were dirty and we didn’t risk to jump into the jacuzzi

Facilities could use some work/renewal

Staff was incredible. Nikoloz in the reception and Elene from restaurant especially offered amazing service, making our trip one to remember. Also the new girl in the restaurant (forgot to ask her name, she had her first day), Cleaning ladies and manager were also great to interact with and super helpful. Staff makes this hotel one of the best in the area. Thanks again for all your effort

+Good location.+Breakfast +View - Its look nice outside and on the photos, but the walls ín the room are quite dirty, its not well maintained. Luckily, I only booked for two nights, só I moved to a cheaper and cleaner hotel.

The hotel itself looks many times better from the outside than what some can find Inside. Everything inside, including the rooms, clearly needs repair. But it is clear that there is a deep economic crisis in this city and it will be extremely difficult to do this. Their prices are high, the service is below average - the food is also the same.

The location. It is cosmic and it is matchless. The view from the rooms, especially from the 3rd, 4th floors and especially the terrace is magnificent. You will look from there and you will understand everything yourself. The view of the historical sites and two amazing rivers and their interlinking from here is magnificent.
