Everything was just superb. We spent almost a week.

Location, facilities, the space, kitchen and the garden all were exceptional. Cooked our meals in kitchen , ate them in lawn area setup for 4 . There is parking outside. Area is quite and secure. The host is nice and beds were very comfortable . Room and washroom was super clean. Best value for money .

My room was next to the entrance and the kitchen,so when people were busy in the kitchen I could hear some noise. But it was quite calm and quiet overall. Also when the guests that were sitting in the garden were smoking I could feel the smoke in my room and had to close the window.

One of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed at! Caring and welcoming host, cosy house, spacious and clean room, kitchen with all facilities, amazing garden with hammocks and mountain view.. felt like home!

A small attempt at interaction with the house owner was something we were looking forward to. We wanted to know about the country and their culture. But the owner would be holed up in her room all the time and we felt hesitant to go knock on her door for every little help we needed - like how to operate the washing machine, where to find certain things like detergent etc. It's still something that can be ignored for the gorgeous views and the impeccably clean house we were lucky to stay in.

The owner was very sweet and pleasant. The fact that we were the only guests on the property worked in our favor since we had little kids with us. She gave us total privacy and did not utter a single word of disapproval when my little kids were being boisterous in the house. The kitchen was fully equipped and I could prepare a fully satisfying meal for my family which we enjoyed in the aesthetically pleasing dining room.

This property was amazing!! Our room was absolutely lovely and was always so nice and warm after being out in the cold exploring for the day. The shared kitchen was great, we cooked dinner one night and always made breakfast and lunch here. The dining area was great as we got to sit with other guests during the evening, enjoying Georgian wine all together. The garden was amazing too, would love to come back again to sit in the garden during the warmer months! We extended our stay an extra night due to loving it so much :)

The place is a 15-minute walk from the place where the minibusses arrive, and it's uphill, so it might not be the most convenient for everyone.

The guesthouse is really beautiful, the garden in front, the decoration in the house and the overall ambience. The owner greeted us with a smile and was really sweet. The guesthouse feels like a real home with a well-equipped kitchen free-to use. There is also free coffee and tea. The room was comfy and clean, there is plenty of space and natural light.

This guesthouse is a perfect choice for your stay in Stepantsminda. It is very clean and comfortable, you have there everything what is needed, you can play chess or read interesting books. It is possible to use the garden, and rest there with a view on Kazbek in the good weather! And host is very kind and cheerful, as well as beautiful big dog!

This is a fully furnished apartment with a hotel quality beddings. Very clean and affordable. There is a washing machine and A well equipped kitchen. The owner is friendly and always ready to help. We had an amazing stay at Gionika guesthouse in Stepantsminda. The host was incredibly welcoming, and we particularly loved the beautiful garden – a perfect spot to relax, which is a rare find compared to other places. The availability of a bonfire area was a great addition, and the breakfast provided was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect!

The space was perfect! It was like a little studio with 3 twin beds, dining area, big bathroom, kitchen, and a parking spot. There is a space you can use outside and you have a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. We were really happy with our stay.
