Neat and tidy

Kitchen too small and host couldn’t understand me but the sweetest person I’ve ever met

Beautiful garden and spacious room. Everything was clean and comfortable! The host was very kind and we enjoyed our stay there.

Gio-Nika offers a lovely stay with nice, spacious rooms and a comfortable shower room. There’s a welcoming common area with a kitchen and dining space, plus a beautiful garden where you can relax and meet lots of people. A great place for both comfort and socialising.

Everthing was amazing. We liked it so much that we stayed for 3 more days.

Location, facilities, the space, kitchen and the garden all were exceptional. Cooked our meals in kitchen , ate them in lawn area setup for 4 . There is parking outside. Area is quite and secure. The host is nice and beds were very comfortable . Room and washroom was super clean. Best value for money .

One of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed at! Caring and welcoming host, cosy house, spacious and clean room, kitchen with all facilities, amazing garden with hammocks and mountain view.. felt like home!

My room was next to the entrance and the kitchen,so when people were busy in the kitchen I could hear some noise. But it was quite calm and quiet overall. Also when the guests that were sitting in the garden were smoking I could feel the smoke in my room and had to close the window.

Beautifull place in Kazbegi. Host is super friendly, place is very clean and has everything you need. There is also a kitchen which you can use with all the neccessary stuf. Beds are also very comfortable!

The host was very welcoming and helpful, views were perfect, shared kitchen was equipped very well.

The hostess was amazingly sweet! Even though we didn't ask for dinner, she still made some for us, and we had a nice night talking and eating together. Was a very nice homely experience and would reccomend to others!

This property was amazing!! Our room was absolutely lovely and was always so nice and warm after being out in the cold exploring for the day. The shared kitchen was great, we cooked dinner one night and always made breakfast and lunch here. The dining area was great as we got to sit with other guests during the evening, enjoying Georgian wine all together. The garden was amazing too, would love to come back again to sit in the garden during the warmer months! We extended our stay an extra night due to loving it so much :)

The guesthouse is really beautiful, the garden in front, the decoration in the house and the overall ambience. The owner greeted us with a smile and was really sweet. The guesthouse feels like a real home with a well-equipped kitchen free-to use. There is also free coffee and tea. The room was comfy and clean, there is plenty of space and natural light.

The place is a 15-minute walk from the place where the minibusses arrive, and it's uphill, so it might not be the most convenient for everyone.
