The cabin is beautifully designed in harmony with nature, offering a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful—they provided us with useful information about the mountain and made sure we had everything we needed. They paid attention to every detail in their home, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend it to others!

Spacious room, the view is amazing when weather allows it. Breakfast was something we were looking forward every day. Cozy breakfast and social area. Owners are very responsive to questions and requests. Would book again, great stay.

Location is little bit (10min) further from city centre. But that's also plus as its less noisy. Bathroom was small and showering made it always messy. Moody toilet, as water was flowing through, so it made noise. Doors to bathroom held only after locking.

Rooms were simple but clean. Nice garden with tables and hammocks. Perfect place to talk to and exchange ideas with other guests. The two ladies serving breakfast were very nice. Nice breakfast room and inside sitting room.

The female host was nice but we have not seen her after our arrival day. The male host was not too friendly. 20-30 minutes walk to town. Small bathroom. One window was broken (not a problem in summer).

Ioska's place was lovely. The room is nice, and there is a lovely garden. Ioska and people taking care of the property are very nice and helpful. We would like to come back for sure. There are two very friendly dogs as well.

The hosts are very nice and ready to help. Breakfast was excellent! The Wi-Fi was good, it's possible to work if needed. There is a lovely garden and a cozy place in the common kitchen.

I would prefer more blackout options for the windows in the room to ensure complete darkness while sleeping. Otherwise, I recommend using a sleep mask and earplugs for guests who are particularly sensitive to light and noise. It would be more convenient for guests if the room offered more furniture for storing personal belongings.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is in a more quiet part of town, beautiful and well worth the hike up. Ioska and Fero (the hosts) were incredibly kind and helpful, both when one of us got sick and with arranging pick-up from the guesthouse the morning of our departure. Rest of the staff were also wonderful. One of the highlights of our stay were the 2 lovely dogs, Bonnie and Lucy, who gave the placw such a lovely vibe. Overall we felt very much at home. No other place we'd stay in Mestia! Kind Regards, Linn and Jennie

Stunning with the view in the morning of 2nd floor bedroom. Breakfast is very delicious and also diffuse juice and staff always check and top up. We can use kitchen all the time. Also have washing machine for self service. House was decorated in pretty cozy. Quite palce for rest.

If you don't rent car from other, the location is a bit far from city center but can walk for 10 min.

The location is quiet, away from the hustle. Great views on the mountains. Nice outside lounge area with tables, chairs and hammocks. There’s a washing machine and a place outside to hang and dry laundry. Breakfast is good. The kitchen and the dining area are accessible all the time. You can’t cook in the kitchen, but there’s a toaster, a sink and a fridge for the guests. You van make tea/coffee. The housekeeping ladies are nice.

Weird check in- nobody greeted us, finally a lady came from a house next door and let us pick our room. No further explanations were provided. Later, we saw the owner saying hello to other guests but we had to guess who he is, he never introduced himself to us. Wi-fi router is in the kitchen(!), so the further away your room is from there, the worse is your wi-fi. The wall insulation is non existent, someone who goes to the bathroom or takes a shower makes it feel like they are doing it in my room. The main stairs are dangerous and not safe, use extra caution when descending. The floor is squeaky in the room. The window shades barely work, we tried once and didn’t touch them for the rest of the stay. There’s no curtain in the shower. There’s no place to put anything around the sink, but also you probably wouldn’t since it all gets wet when you take a shower. The toilet flush takes a few attempts to flush anything. The faucets are old and pieces falling out.

The hosts were really lovely and helpful. The property is really peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean. The interior is all finished wood which makes for a really cozy atmosphere.

I think the host mentioned it, but I forgot that the payment was cash only (I thought it was going to be paid via credit card through the booking). So be warned, it is a cash payment. I have to figure out how to get her her money now (eek! - apologies).

The interior is far better than it is on photos. Incredible. The way Ioska made this place. So cozy. Thanks Tamara and Maya for hospitality and service. The breakfast at this place is just something. They will make halal and vegan options by your request. Love it. The terrace in cozy summer evening is pure love.

Nothing. The electricity may turn off for a bit, but I guess it’s common here.
