Rooms were small than expected but doesn’t matter as most of the time we were travelling.Location was a bit hard to find..

Had an exceptional stay at Gogi resort..!Staff were especially Mr.Luca was hands-reach .Gave us choices for even for breakfast what our kids like.. Rooms were clean and entertainment was good and working which our boys loved.Accessibility also to add.

+ Clean and new property, ski storage room with equipment dryer, beautiful view from the room and from the bathroom, comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Nice and quiet location. - POOR and BORING breakfast - every day same selection and everyday COLD FOOD that should be warm…fried eggs and sausages! Supposedly “larger” superior room is rather small with insufficiently small table with no space to keep anything on it. Noisy ventilation over night. - Access/ transportation, In case the situation doesn’t allow ski in/out every trip outside the facility requires a paid transportation which noticeably increase the cost of the stay.

Mr. Alexander and Ms. Mariam and all the other staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. The view is one of the best in the world.

No coffee/tea in your room. You can go downstairs to the dining area but they made it clear bfast is at 9am and restaurant/bar opens at 4pm. I am am early bird and awake by 6am latest and really want a cup of coffee and enjoy the view until bfast at 9am. Was quite ravenous by 9am. We took our portable espresso maker but it didn't work properly for some reason. Perhaps damaged during travel. So thats the only suggestion. Make coffee available any hour of the day :-)

The location is perfect. You can see the ski slopes and ski lifts from your balcony. The view is just as the photos. We walked to the ski lifts and the ski rental shops. Other guests with their own gear ski'd from and to the hotel and there is a room for all the ski gear to dry out. Restaurant and bar on the premises so no need to go looking for anything. Breakfast each morning. It was perfect really.

All was great. Small improvement suggestions would be to try to provide fresh bread (that's what Georgia is famous for and taste is fantastic when fresh and crispy) and to try to keep breakfast eggs and sausages warm. But we trully enjoyed our stay !

The lights in the hotel are too white, yellow light is better and more cozy! Also hard to reach the road is slippery we had to carry our luggage

It was not so easy to find, need to drive a gravel road to arrive (not too long or hard).

Cute small hotel, very nice staff, the shared hot tub outside is very relaxing after a long day. Great value for money (especially for the family room). Good breakfast.

Washrooms should have toilet showers. Water. Drainge should he improved in washroom. Location was off-road which is not convenient for taxi or cabs but staff helped to explain the drivers

There is no elevator and when you have heavy luggage it is difficult. The road from the road to the hotel is unpaved and very steep, the driver didn't want to go up with the car, but finally got up with difficulty.

A small but charming hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, amazing view!!! The staff is very helpful, right to help and respond to any request.
