The staff were perfect, From Gocha and Eka front Desk. Gocha was extremely helpful. Restaurant Alexander was good. Over all all the staff were very good.

Loud bass music Friday night. Mouldy courgette for breakfast on one morning. No vegan/fasting menus, and sometimes the staff didn't understand my requirements but when they did they were friendly and informative. There didn't seem to be three restaurants as stated, but instead it was a breakfast bar that doubled as a restaurant.

The check-in process was effortless, and smooth, with professional staff. Friendly, helpful, approachable staff who go the extra mile to ensure we're comfortable, warm, and happy. They made arrangements at short notice with our rooms, ensured we were warm, and had suitable facilities. The restaurant staff were friendly and informative, and it was fancy. The view was one of the best in Tbilisi, on their terrace, of the river. The hotel was in a great location for convenience stores, churches, and it was close to small, quiet parks, the Bridge of Peace. A short bus/taxi ride gets you to the centre of town/Rustaveli avenue.

Breakfast was bad, cold, very limited in options, no proper coffee for morning you have to pay for good coffee cheap breakfast No wardrobes in the room

The bidet sprinkler is a bit hard to activate, because the handle is too short - might be a concern for elders. If you are with a luggage, the entrance doors are quite inconvenient to push the luggage through, because there's a slope right in front of the door, and the door opens outwards and needs to be held to be open.

They have a bidet sprinkler, ironing board + iron. The bathroom design is straightforward, convenient. The internet speed is good. Restaurant provides one of the best views over the river, worth having a breakfast/dinner. The staff speaks Russian and English, and is supportive. Located close to the historical center of the city. From here it's easier to get to the airport. The hotel looks modern.

The hotel is not really in the center, but you have a great view all over Tblisi. The hotel is new, the rooms are functional and all is good and fine. No complaint. from The restaurant you have one of the greatest views all over the town

Deluxe room is not the same as on photos on Booking.com, but anyway comfortable and modern.

The view from the room and from restaurant was fascinating. The staff is very friendly. the location is good, about half an our from liberty’s square by foot.

Very basic equipment of the rooms - no mini bar, no wardrobe, no desk (cannot work in the room). The fan in the bathroom was very noisy and annoying and cannot be switched off. In neither of the rooms! The rooftop bar doesn’t work. The gym doesn’t work. The breakfast was poor.

The size of the rooms is quite small. If you intend to sleep only there and work/visit during the day, the size is okay. If you intend to stay there during the day, the room might be too small.

The hotel is ery well located and the view from the rooms is great and nice. Also the view from the restaurant (top floor) is great. Breakfast is fine, the restaurant can be recommended. The staff is friendly and attentive. Beds are (the hotel is new) good and comfortable

1. During weekend there was a party on the floor above and we heard the basses very much in the room. 2. Smoke of cigarettes came to the room from the toilets. 3. The button of the elevator on 6th floor kept electrifying us
