The staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing sometimes. You may wait for keys for no reason or for the meal in the restaurant. They also barely speak any other language but Georgian. The room cleaning didn't happen once in 3 days.

It's steps away from the sea, rooms are cute. You can stay at the pool in the shade and go swim in the sea occasionally

There were no phone , and I used to go to the reception everytime I needed something . I didnt get water or coffee on a regular basis , you need to buy them , they provided me with water and coffee only once .

I really like the sea view and the cleanliness . I also enjoyed the pool and the breakfast . The room was very comfy and staff were helpful .

It is looks like not deluxe... without any little table, or additional little sofa. Internet is very poor. Bathroom always collect water, and not goes.

The swimming pool in the first floor had technical problems and we were unable to use it.

Pano Hotel was really a good experience even before we arrived they were so helpful and friendly. First line to sea and it was really easy for us to have pool and sea at the same time. Beds are extremely comfy. Around you will find a lot of markets and restaurants. U need to watch the sunset from the balcony it was amazing! We recommend!!

Bad navigation: hard to get to the entrance, there are no signs or nav arrows of some sort. Construction sites around also making navigation problematic

Hotel is new, so everything is unused. Hotel has own swimming pool. And hotel is near the sea Tasty breakfast. Good overall design and furniture. Nice and helpful staff

ძალიან კარგი მდებარეობა აქვს. ზედ ზღვის პირზე, ნომრები ზღვას გადაყურებს. საცურაო აუზიც კარგი და სუფთა იყო.

Downgraded our room to smaller one, with telling fake reasons (they sold the room for bigger guest group). No cleaning service. no normal breakfast for that money. Turkey manager lives in his own dreams and try us to believe in it also. Not recommend.

- Air Conditioning was not working properly - No noise isolations in rooms, I could hear what is happening in other rooms - Room was in “after-repair” state. Some things were missing, such as hangers for towels, power thing with card was shaky, sometimes not working.

We understand we arrived the opening weekend of the hotel and were among the first guests of the season, but the AC was on the fritz, going on and off at random times, sometimes refusing to turn off, other-times not turning on, one of the few things you want as a guarantee when staying in a hot climate. If we wanted our room cleaned, we had to ask the staff to do it as there did not seem to be a regular cleaning service during the day. In addition, we asked about the hotel having Ice before arriving and were told their ice-machine was not operating when we got there. We were told there is a pool, it was not opened until our 4th or 5th day there and their second-floor pool never opened while we were there. Most of the upper-floors are still in the process of renovation so you will not be staying on the top-most floors, we also were subject to the noise during the stay. Walls were quite thin, we could hear conversations happening in rooms above and beside us. The biggest gripe I had was the renovation worker they had on site, who was apparently their maintenance guy as well, our balcony door wouldn't close, the air-conditioner wasn't working as I mentioned and he was called to our room to fix it on several occasions, and the man told his co-worker to tell us "Tell them to stop bothering me about the AC!" Assuming that we didn't speak Georgian. We were unable to watch the Georgian EUFA matches in our room in Georgian because for some reason 1TV was blocked and only playing in the hotel lobby?? (I don't understand why this is the case since 1TV is a National station.) The electronic room-key they provided us stopped working about halfway through our stay and we were forced to wait in the hallway for 20~ minutes while someone brought us a normal key. Perhaps some of these issues will be sorted out in the coming weeks, but don't expect a 5-star stay here.

This hotel has an amazing location right on the boardwalk of Gonio within 2 minute walk to the beach, and the balcony's on the sea-facing side give an amazing view of the sunsets in the morning. Owner was friendly with us and attempted to solve problems promptly.
