Location is good, breakfast was good

I thought steam-room and sauna are included in the price. But they told me it is not and you have to pay lot of extra money to access them. Pool also was not available . The reason i chose this hotel is because i saw pictures of the steam room and sauna on the booking website.

It s cozy like you are at home. They do offer lift to pirveli chairlift but not to good aura gondola 🚡. But you scan take taxi on bolt and pay 27 lari to reach new gudauri gondola area

Negatives: They forgot to pick us up at the airport and we had to wait 45 minutes in the airport, the staff at the reception and bar is not very friendly, they are not really connected to the slopes, ski rental is very expensive, the spa is not included in the price

Positives: Nice breakfast and nice spa (be careful it is not for free, even if it is not mentioned in booking), rooms are nice and clean, the cleaning ladies were super super nice and friendly.

the location that it is away 10 min from the ski lift and the variety of the breakfast that would be wider in my opinion.

The cleanliness of the room and the hotel is really cozy. the staff are helpful; from the reception to the barmen to the housekeeping, you feel home in this small hotel

The heating system had not yet started when we visited in October 1st week. They said it will start only a few weeks later when actual winter hits, but the place is already quite chilly. However, it wasn't a huge issue as we had packed warm clothing.

It was a simple, pretty place, good value for the price paid. I had gone with my parents for my mother’s birthday, so they offered us to prepare the jacuzzi and sauna for us especially. We were there only for one night and they gave us two rooms with a wonderful view. The lobby areas have big couches for guests to relax and also board games that children enjoy. The food was prepared fresh and was delicious. It’s not a buffet but they cook for per table. The fresh cheese of different kinds were tasty.

The booking.com site and owner should mention that the hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. During or after booking, there is no any option to select room and showing which floor room alloted. Which is keeping people in the dark. At least the hotel reception should have instructions to provide the first floor for family with kids I have a tough time and face difficulties carrying my baggages. Alos every day up down through stairs with children, it's really trouble I personally will not suggest any family who has kids to stay or choose such kind of hotel.

The hotel staff are very supportive and provide delicious breakfast every day. Special thanks for staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.. they did their best to make sure we are well served.. the breakfast felt like home.. the view is stunning... the hotel exudes a warm, pleasant and hearty atmosphere.. would definitely recommend

The property is getting old and surely needs some repair work. Had to change rooms 2 times as the first room we took had a big gap between the main door and its frame, and the insides of the room could easily be seen from outside. Bathroom lighting was very dim and sliding shower doors were all very broken and small space.

Excellent staff, very very nice and welcoming attitude of the staff working there. Very kind and polite. The vibe of the hotel is good, very positive and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and there were nice chairs in the room. The balcony and its view was very nice. Not many amenities in the room but staff would happily provide anything required.

It is a nice family Business. i like the warm welcome of the son in the reception and his sweet mother.. they were Very helpful and smiling especially the mother is so kind.. They helped us and arranged to watch the football match from their eating area .. The home made breakfast also was delicious. The rooms were very clean.. The view of mountains from the balcony was amazing.. Thank you so much for the nice experience i enjoyed the stayed with my friends :)

Only positive things to say

I loved that the hotel is situated in a relaxed and calm area surrounded by mountains. Breakfast felt homemade and was delicious. Supermarket was also near. Accessibility to ambulance, police station is something to note. Other than that, hotel is equipped with jacuzzi, pool, sauna, billiard, bar and guests are welcomed by lovely staff.

Exceptionally cozy hotel placed in great location with serene views. Shops are in 5 minutes walking distance. Steam sauna is perfect after day of hiking and travelling. Staff was warm and welcoming. Filling breakfast.
