My room was located on the ground floor and it was pretty loud all day, so it was difficult to sleep unless you have earplugs, in the morning with the music from reception and in the night with the loud talks in the reception room. The room is alright but not more than that. In fact, their infrastructure is good and it could be better, but that's not the case right now.

The guy at the reception and the guy at the restaurant were mostly amicable, the rest not so much. I don't know if it's because they don't speak English but I didn't feel very welcome. The location was alright, taxis are pretty cheap so reach to the center is quite easy and affordable.

All was fine, just a good budget hotel. If you don’t expect 5 start for 30 $ - it’s a great choose!

Little window in tween room overlooking the wall, it very noisy street and metal gate under the window - so you basically impossible to sleep with an open window. Narrow mattresses on the single beds, synthetic bed linen. But clean and friendly have the breakfast and 24 hours check in. I would say it’s convenient budget hotel working distance to Marganishvilli

When we entered the room, it was completely filled with the smell of smoke (even though smoking is prohibited in the hotel). When we reported this to the front desk, the receptionist didn’t believe us at first. When she came up to the room, she simply opened the windows (which didn’t even have insect screens — and we could have opened the windows ourselves). Throughout our entire stay, the smell of tobacco never went away, despite the open windows and use of air freshener. 2. The room was dirty. There was grime on the curtains, near the bed, and the walls, ceiling, and bathroom floor were filthy. There were stains on the mirrors. It felt like the only things that had been changed for the new guests were the towels and bed linen. I had to wipe a thick layer of dust off the hair dryer just to use it. Taking a shower there was really unpleasant. 3. The breakfasts were very disappointing. If you came a bit later, there were hardly any vegetables left, and the food was not restocked. We didn’t change hotels only because there were no other options nearby. But we will definitely not be returning, and we won’t recommend it to our friends either. The price is far from matching the quality.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and poor organization. The room was extremely dirty. There were hairs, crumbs, and visible dirt throughout the space — from the nightstands and bathroom to the floors and even inside the refrigerator. The glasses and tea cups were so dirty they were completely unusable. Overall, cleanliness was at a very low standard. Fortunately, we only stayed for a short time. We arrived late in the evening and checked out by 8:30 the next morning. We did not use the breakfast service. Breakfast is said to be served from 9:00 AM, but there was no option to have it earlier or take it to go, as the cook reportedly arrives only at 9:00. It’s unclear how breakfast can be served at that time if preparation starts only then, which is especially inconvenient for guests who need to check out or leave early.

He rejected the reservations post confirmation. I travelled all the way for 5 hours to this place and they said you are overbooked pls cancel your booking I was then forced to find another place midnight

Personel was so friendly. Breakfast was classic delicious Turkish breakfast. Purely enough to feed a person nicely. Money/performance based it is super good option to stay.
