The hotel was very clean, pleasant, and well-organized. The shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, Irina the host was amazing — she helped us with everything we needed, including letting us leave our suitcase there while we went on a multi-day trek outside the city.

Only thing I'd suggest is maybe a small chair and a table in the balcony.

An Amazing place, from start to bottom a perfect stay - the staff was friendly, welcoming and listened to everything we've asked for. The rooms were very very nice, modern, had everything we needed. It was well worth the price and truly is a 10/10 experience for me and my spouse.

-guests slamming room doors, since the door is not insulated, this is disturbing

-nice&clean room with little balcony -super staff -central location, everything within walking distance -good breakfast -we could park our motorbike in front of the reception -great value for money

Truly, the team here deserves a shoutout Irina, Inna, and Tol (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong 😅) were very, very, very welcoming and friendly. From A to Z the hotel is just perfect! The rooms, the vibe, the service everything felt spot on. The location is also great, one of the main Tbilisi's landmark is Holy Trinity Church, it's just a quick 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend staying here, you’ll feel at home the moment you walk in!

Even before arrival, I received a warm welcoming message, and all my questions via WhatsApp were answered promptly—making me feel genuinely looked after. Upon arrival, I was impressed that parking had been arranged despite the tight and congested area, something I noticed was also extended to other guests. From the first moment, the atmosphere felt more like being hosted in a home than a mere hotel transaction. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and included thoughtful little touches that made a difference. Breakfast was simple yet generous—well-prepared and diverse enough to suit any palate. Overall, a wonderful stay marked by warmth, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This hotel puts the “bliss” in Tbilisi!! I love how friendly the staff are. My girlfriend was due to arrive in Tbilisi and Irina organised helium balloons and flowers for me to surprise her with! Which is exceptional service. I also really enjoyed the sunset on the rooftop and the proximity to the amazing cathedral just a minute or two walk from the hotel. There is also really cool chocolates for sale so I could buy some really nice gifts for my family! The bed is very comfy and everything else is great!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Mimino in Tbilisi. The place has a warm, family-style atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The location is excellent — quiet yet very central, with easy access to the city's main attractions. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service: the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

The room was very nice with terrace access and the view from there was excellent. The staff especially Ivan, Inna and Irana were fantastic. They catered to our special request and were very very warm. Excellent location with access to the metro station, the church and all the tourist spots. Will stay there again if I return to Tbilisi for sure.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was great value for money. It is situated in an interesting neighborhood, it takes around 20-25 minutes to the Old Town with cafés and restaurants nearby. Irina was a great host, she was always available and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Everything was super-nice. Very helpful and warm staff that supported us with all the questions and requests. Delicious breakfast and cozy rooms. The location though not very central, but good to get by foot or taxi to any point in the city.
