It is a great guesthouse with great hosts. It is situated within 5 min walk from the main street where you have access to diffent kind of stores. Bus station is in 10 min walk, and the central park in 15 min walk across the river. The room was very clean and comfy, with all necessities needed. It's very quiet at night so you can sleep well. Thenk you Grimi for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay. The apartment is clean and spacious. Our host is very nice and helpful. The kitchen is fully equiped. We will come back here next time. It's close from shops, buses, supermarkets.

Everything. We stayed at the family room which was equipped with washing machine, kitchen, table, sofa, and the like. The host was very kind and responded quickly. For 25 days in Georgia, it is the best place to stay.

The host is very friendly. He welcomed us with wine and has definitely improved our Borjomi visit significantly. He gave us good recommendations where to eat. The house has parking. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Firstly the family was very friendly and helpfull, their was an incident that happend in borjomi when I was there the second day and that was the water supply shut off on all borjomi and the family helped us and offered us water juggs for days and also to shower with. Recommend it 100%

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grimi’s house. Grimi is the best host you could ask for. His hospitality was unmatched, and he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was also a great pleasure to be invited to watermelon and home made Vino. The room itself was cozy, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. AC, wifi, strong hot water, comfy beds and nice small garden for a morning coffee.. it also has private parking, however I would recommend parking your car outside (in the main street or closeby) due to narrow entrance The location is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque environment and view and a few minutes walk to famous attractions. It’s also conveniently located within walking distance to the national park, and only a 5-minute drive to sulphur pools, where we could swim and enjoy the natural beauty. I highly recommend staying at Grimi’s place if you’re visiting Borjomi and Bakoryani is just a 30-m drive. It was an unforgettable experience and sure we'll come back!

The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything you could ask for: aircon, fridge, coffee, tea, plates, cutlery and a kettle. Outside the room was an outdoor kitchen and table where we enjoyed some meals with the most beautiful view of the mountains. While the hosts were always available to help us, they also really respected our privacy. Honestly, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better stay!! If we could have, we would’ve stayed longer! Thanks so much!

Fab location.. Very Peaceful. Studio with a neat kitchenette and attached bathroom. Grimi has his own wine cellar with home made chacha and wine. We got a taster of both and a small bottle of wine Walkable distance from everything in Borjomi. We walked to the national park (1.5km), bus station 500m, train station 500m which is very close to the historical Park, Rico credit currency exchange.

Everything was ok

The host and his wife welcomed me nicely. They even invited me to taste some of their homemade wine 🍷 which was amazing 🤩. Facility is clean, the room I took had all the necessities. Flipflops, shower gel, shampoo, towels, coffee, tea, etc... felt like more of a hotel room rather than a guest house ! There is a shared kitchen with all the necessities pans, cups, plates, bowls, salt, etc... 2 minutes walk from the main road near pharmacy and super market. What surprised me was how sound proof the walls actually are ! I slept very well. Hot water is available. Thank you 😊👍

Grimis Villa had a beautiful view.Rooms were clean and comfortable .The owner was so friendly, hospitable, interesting and kind. Grimi made barbeque for us,it was unexpected and pleasant.He shared different types of wine.They were so good. His wife shared delicious cake, sweets and typical Georgian food.They were so hospitable.We spent great New Year with them dancing, singing, trying tasty wine and food.It was unforgettable.Highly recommend Grimis Villa. It's a place where you feel great and also have the possibility to communicate with such nice people.

The host was very polite and so nice. The place was very near to Borjomi centre. The room we chose was very neat and tidy. They provided everything needed.

The heater doesn't seem to help much. It's still pretty cold in the room but we have enough blanket.

The room is nice and location is good; near the river. The owner allowed us to eat the grapes in his yard and offered us free wine.

Spacious room with separate kitchen. Nice hot shower with fully equipped bathroom that included a hair dryer. Great size fridge and washing machine an unexpected bonus. Bed was comfortable. On-site parking but limited to only 3 cars. An easy walk into town enabled us to leave the car behind for a nice break
