The apartment felt a little too well equipped, so there was not much room for our possessions, and we had to move items to make space. The ski lockers are not heated, so boots can be a bit cold and stiff in the morning. As others have noted, the public areas are rather shabby, but this did not cause a problem because everything worked.

Well-equipped, smart studio apartment with a comfortable bed, kitchenette that included plunger coffee pot, toaster, microwave, and fridge, and a good shower. Warm and cosy in the very cold weather. Great location, with ski-lifts, supermarket, and restaurants all two minutes walk away, and a ski rental shop in the building. Allocated storage for skis and boots in the basement.

Mismatched Information, we ordered 6 rooms. 3 with mountain view , with non mountain view and without balcony, despite I asked of balcony available and the answer was yes. Very disappointed!

The apartment needs a fresh coat of paint and a deeper clean more akin to a hotel room. There were old furniture/mattresses parked in the balcony which should be removed.

Perfect location right next to the main Gondola, and the Drunk Cherry restaurant. Easy access to the room with a locker key. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with bunk beds and a king size bed in the bedroom + a sofa bed in the living. Useful kitchen with utensils, and a lovely welcome bottle of wine from the host. Our host was super quick to answer any questions, and to help with recommendations for ski rentals, dining, ski school, etc.

Room is near "Spar" shop on the first floor and main place of taxi drivers stays. Very loud chit chat during night with very aggressive talk makes sleeping not comfortable. Not enough light in room and only few sockets.

Location is really close to gondola. Room is clean. Good idea to leave key-card in safe near the door, it makes process of book in very easy.

Some things in the apartment are worn out. But in reasonable amount.... You will not be affected by it if you are not crazy picky person.

can get very noisy at night with the bar in front of the building and with the taxis and police cars also making a lot of noise especially at night when you sleep with the windows open. if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be able to sleep only with the windows closed.

location is great and very convenient. size is good for solo or couples. supermarket and pharmacy right under the apartments.

Here we go with the list of drawbacks: - Reception staff is terrible, rude and has no sense of hospitality experience. Whatever good things Gudauri offers they simply ruining it. - The moment we checked-in the room smell was unbearable and disgusting. Pillow, blankets, etc…..were not clean, old and obviously does not smell they way it should. - Safe in the room was not working. - Room in general was so cheap. I won’t even pay 10$ per night for such room.

Gudauri it self is spectacular……location, activities, snow season is magical.

I came with friends for skiing, the place is really near the gondola, and has a grocery store just a minute of walking. The room was clean and organized, and was equipped with clean forks, knives, spoons, plates and a pan etc... , so we went to the grocery store and could make our meals by our selves. The owner gave us a really good service.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and well-equipped apartment. Ski lift is just 50 miters away which is big bonus as we did not need a car. Restaurants, cafés and bars are also in walking distance as well as supermarkets and ice rinks.

The central heating was a bit too powerful for my liking, but thats not always a bad thing. We stayed when the outside temperature was close to 0 C, I guess if the serious minus hits the thermometer, I would have appreciated it a bit more )

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing experience I had while staying at the hotel. As a snowboarder, I'm always on the lookout for the best places to hit the slopes, and I have to say that Loft II Apartments exceeded my expectations in every way. First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. The hotel is situated 3 minute welk to the gondola lift. And despite being so close to the slopes, the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain. The accommodations were also top-notch. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. I loved the decor and the cozy atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. And the bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby every night. But what really set this hotel apart was the level of service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued as a guest. Your staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, I have to say that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had while snowboarding.I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and truly unforgettable experience in the mountains.
