Excellent location as the apartment was right in front of the Gondola. If Skiing is your objective, location can't be any better. The building has ski storage. Albina who assisted us during our stay was very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. Many thanks to Albina. Cleaning of the apartment was also proactively arranged by Albina during our stay. The apartment is large and can sleep 6 adults comfortably. Only feedback is that some more kitchen items in the form of a better cooker, cooking vessels, plates, cutlery etc would help. Recommended 😀

Receptionist very unhelpful!!!! No welcome, advice for total newbies, when questions asked for pharmacies, basics like supermarket, no idea, it is literally an apartment block and you work out with your unit owner, we were a family of 3 and received 2 towels. Our toilet blocked and it wasted hours of my time waiting for them to finish they left the bathroom in a total mess. Also you have nowhere to leave your ski gear /boots if you need to access the apartment. Noise to be expected, but seems this is how it is in Georgia, fireworks etc

Ski in ski out hotel, amazing! Loads of restaurants, dunkin donuts, Georgian traditional food and drink sitting apres. small cafes to chill and views of the slopes were magic for those not skiing. Amazing hot showers, basic kitchenette to cook noodles store milk etc Make a booking at drunk cherry days in advance for dinner and access for apres ski.

Pin location for reference was incorrect so very difficult to fund. Only bedding and towels for 2 people yet 3 was clearly stated in the booking. No reception assistance as had to deal with the owners agent via the phone.

Wifi not working most of the time, but it's a problem of the whole village.

Super convenient location, right next to the main ski lifts, in the middle of all ski rentals, restaurants and shops. Very helpful staff, quickly solved our minor inconveniences. Very warm and spacious room with all necessary appliances. We had a nice view towards the slope.

Disadvantages: Lacks of evaporative cooler, definitely needed due to dryness in heated room. In my opinion room cleaning should be included in the price, at least once every 3 nights.

Advantages: Hotel location is excellent, walk distance to ski pass. Plenty of restaurants, ski rents around. The room is decorated in a wooden style, quite cozy. There is a small kitchen with all the utensils. Large balcony and large bathroom. In the guests room there is a sofa, a bunk bed and a large table.

It was snowing while we were there, so the snow was covering the windows, it has one of the best views in Gudauri but it was mostly covered with snow during our stay.

Location is perfect, in the same building as ski rentals and very close to Gondola. It is also just above the restaurants and few mns walk to the supermarket. Check-in instructions were clear and the manager was very responsive. Apartment is like the photos and the kitchen is well equipped. it was good value for money and I would book there again.

The kitchen appliances are not satisfactory but it was enough. The hair dryer heats and turns itself off in every 30 seconds; thus, if you have long hair, it dries it at 1 hr :/ At the restaurant of the hotel, we had problems when we ask for splitting the check. They want us to pay at once in order not to deal with seperate checks. That was ridiculous.

I was informed with all the necessary information via whatsapp. Ivan, was the name of the person, was very helpful with quick replies. Eventhough it's one hotel, I think the rooms belong to different establishments. The reception desk is seperate. We rented 4 rooms, one of my friend's room was great, mine is ok. She might rent a higher ranker room :) The room was hot enough, the water was hot enough. fast elevators :)

Fantastic location with a balcony looking directly at the main ski lift; all communication with manager via WhatsApp but nothing was missed (a problem with the WC flush was responded to immediately with the maintenance guy arriving within about 15 mins); nice apartment, very well heated and with everything we needed for a 3 night stay

There is a bar underneath, called "new bar", which blasted out music every night from 11pm until 4/5am. This is unfortunate, as the location is perfect. I would suggest bring some earplugs.

Location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic. Literally everything is on your doorstep. We ate at the drunken cherry, which is literally 100 yards away. It was a really great little apartment and we had a great time.

It’s not the buildings fault at all, but as it is handily located for the very popular Drunk Cherry bar and restaurant…this brings with it a lot of late night noise. In fairness this did not bother the children at all, but gave the adults a bad nights sleep.

Location was perfect for ski in ski out. Access to the ski depot, bar, restaurant and spa/pool all from within the building.

Close to the main gondola and bar area, very good kitchen, comfortable room and nice staff. The wifi did not work initially and when we contacted the staff we got a bew router!

Excellent location. Opposite the gondola and the ski school meeting point. The location was fantastic for meeting up with family, and the boot room led out to the slopes. There was good communication from the hosts who worked hard to rectify the issues we had with the property. The property was above the Suites bar, which had two very loud parties while we were there. The apartment vibrated due to the noise during these, and it stopped my children ( and us ) getting to sleep. The apartment would benefit from some curtains that block out light in the bedrooms. Two bedrooms had sky lights with no curtains to block out the light. The ensuite toilet was taped up when we arrived and out of use but the hosts offered us an additional room to compensate. Overall it was a good stay with a great location but visitors should be aware of the noise and the quirks of the apartment when booking.

We stayed in room 408 and smoke from the restaurant below, which literally filled up the apartment that I thought the apartment was on fire. Also, the music from outside almost feels like they were playing in the apartment. Not recommended at all and even more so for s family with children.
