Mattresses are not comfy at all, old springy type ones. Walls are super thin can here the people in the next room snoring and coughing very easily and quite loud. But for the price its expected.

I stayed in this beautiful and cozy place for a couple of days. The room is small with two beds in it and I was lucky because there were large windows that faced the courtyard, so it was sunny all day. I am not a big fan of air conditioned, but I really needed it because the sun hits the room all day and the airconditioning system worked well without much noise. The place is 5 minutes walk from to the city centre. The hotel is superclean and equipped with elegant furnitures. The wifi is efficient. I higly recommend this palce!

The room looked like a tiny prison cell without the promised window. The owner refused to give any kind on receipt when I paid.

You can hear a lot in the corridor due to a small window above the doors and very thin walls/door. Would suggest bringing ear plugs.

Been staying in different guest houses in Georgia for 2 weeks now and have to say that this is by far the best value for money at this price range. The cleanliness/ interior of the room , the good AC and an owner who was went above and beyond to help with needs are the main reasons for this others include: -Modern interior of room , nice and spacious for two people - good sitting/communal area -lots of shades outdoor seating available - good cooking facilities (and dining area tk eat) - AC in room and communal area was very good. In the middle of august this makes all the difference in the city! - cars and bikes are easy to rent - owner went above and beyond to help with needs

There was no hot water the first night. It was very noisy in our room when other guests were talking outside till 2 AM due to a window we could not close, other rooms should be fine. The toilet water tank was broken but somewhat functional.

The hotel is one of the more modern looking ones that we stayed in Georgia. The room was very tidy and had everything we needed.

There was a little window over the door to the corridor which couldn’t be closed, because there was a router, so we could hear other people walking past - disrubtion of privacy. The only plug was blocked by router and there was very little space especially in bathroom, where there were no shelves, but it isn’t a big problem when you stay for only one night.

Location - it was a quiet place with 10 minutes walking distance from city centre. Working AC and WiFi, really friendly and helpful host.

Nobody was in the reception when we arrive. The room is so small, one can not move inside. The room is tried to be heated with an A/C that does not work and healthy at all. The bathroom is not heated at all, so you take a shower in refrigerator.

The problem is we ask for double bed she show us 2 single bed together even there is a space between but she charge us 10 Lare more And the bed is very noisy whenever you move you hear the noise Then you can hear everything outside they have a kids they let them play while you re sleeping is a low price but not comfortable No savon or shower gel in the room no tea coffee as mentioned no windows is a partition not room

The beds were really uncomfortable, small and spring mattress about what your back really know. Rooms were smaller than cell without windows, but just for sleep over it was enough. But what we really dislike is how the personal trying get money from us, it was really sad. The lady ask me about aeroport transfer, and she said that is possible for 30 EURO! We said no and find Aeroport taxi for 29 Lari…

The location and cleaning was good👍 Also there was possibility to parking.

The property is not worth the value, kind of far of the city centre, the owner turned off the water and claimed a water issue! She asked us to leave before checkout deadline because one of us fall a sleep while watching tv and we hangout the laundry in the wrong place (she didn’t take us in house tour or anything) we apologise but she wasn’t friendly and honestly we think this is a discrimination issue! Plus beds are too tiny! Room is not clean there was spiders in the room , and living room. There was no soap in the bathroom or shower gel or anything!

There was no window in the room, however I don't think that's a problem at all. The common area is very nicely decorated and view was amazing from there as well.

The interior of the apartment was fabulous. The hosts were very caring and supportive. We requested for early morning breakfast due to flight timings, the hosts didn't mind at all and supported in all possible way. The road side parking was just in front of the apartment which made the transport very easy.
