Great location just a short walk from the main drag. Very friendly and accommodating host. The shared kitchen is great along with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, particularly from the yard.

Great location, very attentive and friendly owner. The views from the view & garden is simply amazing. Comfy bed and the owner allowed me to get my laundry done.

Location is quiet and convenient. You have kitchen to use. Room has Kazbegi view. Hostess lady is polite and helpful. Well equipped shower room with hot water. You can hang your clothes outdoors to dry them.

I hate that I cannot stay longer (fully booked when I want to extend 😂)

Had a lovely stay at the hostel , clean, well-located, and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. The lady host was incredibly kind and sweet, always checking in to see if I needed anything even if she wasn’t there. Her warmth and hospitality truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Location is great - the marshrutka stand and supermarket are nearby. Beautiful view from the room. Owner is nice and responsive, I even got to do my laundry for no extra charge. Would recommend.

The location was very accessible to the centre, restaurants and a Spar supermarket was nearby. The Marshrutka stand and all the other tour organisers offices were nearby too!

The host were very communicative and we were able to keep our luggage a bit longer before and after the stay. The room itself was basic, but fairly clean with a common kitchen and fridge. Very central close to the bus stop, groceries shop and many restaurants. Also close to Mountain Freak which made the trips to Juta and Truso valley very easy to do. Also the common courtyard is stunning in good weather. You can see the Trinity church and Mount kazbegi right behind it. Wow.

Sound scan travel through the door to the common area in the morning if the other guests are up early (or late). But super quiet in other times.

Convenient location. Just 5’ walk from the main bus station.

The bathroom drainage was so bad that I notified the manager but never got attended. Also the central heating system instead of individual one for each room so it’s usually off during the day so bad luck if you need your room warmer or just simply take a rest at your room during the day.

Guest house was clean and view was amazing. Host was not at the house but approachable on WhatsApp. Restaurants and Mushrutka stop are 200mts away.

Onoy problem we faced was transporting our luggage from guest house to city center, as there was no taxi available. So we had to walk with heavy luggage and due to snow on road it was bit slippery on slopes and were a bit helpless.

The bathroom was missing toilet paper and soap, but other than that wonderful choice to stay

The hospitality was superb. Actually we planned to stay 1 day. But we are very comfortable in the accommodation and owner was very kind and considerate. She always help us for everything. So we extent one more day in the guest house. 100% recommend👍

Everything went great. Nice and kind owners, very clean and cozy in the rooms and in the yard. Beautiful view of the mountains. There is heating and private bathrooms. We really enjoyed it. We recommend.

Chavchavadze 23 was very easy to find on a street parallel to the main road going through town. I believe the owners/family live in the adjacent house and upstairs in the house where the guests stay. The guests use the rooms on the first floor. As Stepantsminda was slightly chillier than some of the other locations I visited in Georgia, I thought the house was kept warm and cozy. From the location, it is easy to reach some food markets, restaurants, an ATM, and the marshrutky station.

The weather was not great when I visited... but that is Mother Nature's fault!
