A wonderful, atmospheric place. Incredibly friendly hosts. You feel like you're part of the family. I highly recommend it.

There is hardly any space in the room and it feels congested. Was manageable for our 1 night stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is pleasant, with a balcony offering breathtaking mountain views. The friendly family who runs it also operates a small burger shop, and their burgers and wraps were delicious. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. On the day we were leaving, we discovered they also serve food—and what a treat it was! The pancake was super soft, and the khachapuri smelled amazing, reminding me of childhood snacks from my hometown. That alone kept me full the whole day. If we visit Georgia again, we’ll definitely stay here without a second thought.

It’s a 3-bedroom house with a shared hall and kitchen. Since we were in one bedroom, the kids had to stay mostly inside our room so as not to disturb other guests using the hall.

Staying in Stepantsminda in Demma Guest house was perfect. The appartement is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The owners are really friendly, and helpful. Locality, possibility of parking,.closeness of the shops, restaurants and touristic road to the Trinity church are big bonuses.

Located in a peaceful area in Kazbegi. 10 minutes walk from the bus station. Very friendly hosts. The room was great with a kitchen with all amenities. The view from the front of the guest house is amazing. You can see the lofty mountains.

Madelene is just great! Apartament with beautiful view on mountains. I recommend to take breakfast, its HUGE and delicious ❤️

Everything! Breakfast was superb and so plentiful that you can use leftovers as a packed lunch (the owner even provides bags)

Great people most importantly! My friend hurt his knee on the hike, and they were very helpful, our host called her husband to check in on him, and then her son picked us up and took us to the doctor. Thank you again! Everything else was great as well, would definitely recommend if you’re staying in Stepantsminda :)

Great friendly staff - run by family that lives downstairs. Common well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommending to stay here. Good restaurant are close.

The owner, Magdalena, was super nice, she kept the place super clean. The place is safe, has a beautiful view of the mountains. Good for a family, with separate rooms, each one with their own bathroom, and the common area with a kitchen and a washing machine.

Our stay in guest house Demma was plainly wonderful. The familly is lovely, cozy and careful. The room was clean, with all necesary facilities and there is also a shared kitchen (always clean). The location is also perfect for visiting the area, and they helped us with the transport for moving around. We hope we can come back again sometimes:) P.D. We have to mention that they make the best cookies ever.

Absolutely unique experience! The hosts spent an evening with us (all guests), sharing with us homemade wine. That was one of the best places I stayed in Georgia, and one of those that I will never forget. The breakfast was amazing, though, a really really big one! :) The view from my room was also stunning. Morning coffee on the terrace with the mountain view, was the perfect last touch of Qazbegi. Highly recommended.

Demma was extremely hospitable. She helped us with our luggage, prepared the room earlier than we initially indicated and allowed us to store our luggage in the morning while we hiked to the Church. Demma also arranged a taxi for us to Juta when we left in the afternoon for 80 GEL. During our three weeks in Georgia, we have not had a better (vegetarian) breakfast. It was very complete and elaborate, and we could take the rest of it with us for lunch. The room itself is basic but exactly enough, with a small (private) bathroom and a large shared kitchen (with equipment).

This guesthouse is run by a very nice family who can speak good to very good english. The rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and has a nice shower. The common room and kitchen is well equipped, even with dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast is a very good prepared selection of Georgian dishes. The amount is huge, which you can pack and eat as lunch. It can be a bit tricky to find, but you can readily get help from the host. The view from the balcony is nice, too. Strong recommendation.

Madlein was maybe the highlight of the trip. Yes, you'll have the views, the location (very quiet yet close to downtown), but Madlein's personality and food were amazing. We had the homemade breakfasts, and it was marvelous. All homemade, fresh, not too salty, perfect for a day of hiking. When leaving, Madlein offered us a bottle of homemade wine as well. It was a perfect place to rest, comfortable, clean, well located, with amazing views. Highly recommending!
