Among 6 guest houses which I saw in Svanetia that was the worse. Owner and guests had party and night time (till 1am). Voices was so loud even near our room till I ask to stop it. Before it we told that we wake up early at 6am. In Mestia usually people do hiking and in all guesthouse/hotels after 23 00 is silence but not here. Also room was not clean, slippers were dirty that means its not new, there was no light in balcon. There is no fridge to save your products (only owners have it but you have no full acess to it). Dont recommend this guesthouse.

Very nice place. Looks like a chalet in Switzerland. Nice view on the mountains and close to the centrum. Common places are convenient as well. Some things could be improved in the rooms (beds)... But it is minor. The tenants are very welcoming and the most sympathic people we met in Georgia.

There was no real currain in the room and the light of the street lamps behind the building shines straight into the room. Please install proper curtains!

Our room was basic but very clean, including sheets and towels. Shower was good with hot water but it would be nice if there was a shower pan so the entire bathroom doesn't get wet. Breakfast was delicious and filling with many tasty choices. It was very quiet and from our window we could see two old towers and the mountains. The owners are very nice and speak a little English. Location is good only a couple of blocks from centre and the marshutka stop.

Amazing guesthouse!!! Very clean, well located and comfortable. Our host gave us useful tips for the hike and organized transportation for us. Perfect for a stopover in Mestia.

Hands down the best place to stay in Mestia! The rooms are big, super clean, and really well taken care of. The hosts are such lovely people—I had an awesome time at Kaldani’s place. Best recommendation!

Great location, right in the center. A clean and well-maintained house with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. The homeowner is very warm and welcoming, offering a delicious traditional Georgian breakfast.

-Mattress was hard, thin, and worn out/sinking in the middle, so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep -There was no shower curtain in the shower, so everything around the bathroom would get wet (although this seemed to be a common issue in most Svaneti guesthouses) -There was no body wash and no shampoo

-Great location: on a quiet street but just a few minutes walking distance to the town center -Incredibly friendly and warm family! They made me feel like at home and always cared about me. As a solo female traveler, I felt very comfortable. -Home style cooking (for breakfast and/or dinner) -Spacious room -Partial mountain views from the balcony

Everything was perfectly. The owners answered to everything and took great actions to our requests. The whole family is very nice and kind. Couldn't hardly wish for more. Breakfast was homemade and very great.
