Our stay in Svaneti was unforgettable thanks to this hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything we needed after long days exploring the mountains. The location is perfect, quiet, yet close to all main attractions. What really stood out was the hospitality. We felt truly welcomed and cared for, like visiting friends rather than staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Svaneti, it’s the perfect mix of comfort, authenticity, and warmth.

We had an unsatisfactory experience with this accommodation. We booked 14 beds via Booking.com and arrived at the guesthouse shortly before midnight. The house was occupied by an elderly couple who did not speak English, so all communication had to be conducted via phone with a third party (possibly their daughter). Upon arrival, we were asked to pay a significantly higher amount than stated in our booking confirmation, specifically, 66% more. The person on the phone claimed we had booked beds for children, although our confirmation clearly stated 14 adults (which we shared with her). As we arrived late and were tired, we were left negotiating the price over the phone for an extended time instead of being able to rest. Given the late hour and lack of alternatives, we ultimately had to pay the increased price. Additionally, the bungalow did not have hot water (only the main building did), and the Wi-Fi was non-functional during our stay. Upon departure, the elderly man strongly encouraged us to leave a positive review, which we found inappropriate under the circumstances. We are sharing this review to help future travelers make an informed decision.
