Perfect location. 5 min walk to bus and the attractions. Dimitri is a welcoming and friendly host , true Georgia 🇬🇪 hospitality. Speaks good English and very helpful with any information. Very good breakfast. 🥞. Simple room but very clean and was also cool despite being hot outside. Must be well insulated, There was no need for a/c.

All was good. The lock on the door was a bit tricky at first.

Our host was amazing, giving us plenty of recommendations as well as being incredibly kind in general. When there was a mix up about where the place was, he came and picked us up. In addition to that, he brought us to a couple of beautiful tourist sites as well. The breakfast was amazing, the room was very clean and nice, and there were no issues. Very glad we stayed there!

Central location with a small mini market across the Road. Spar supermarket also within 10 mins walk. Close to two UNESCO churches. Large kitchen area and free to use. Rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast provided was awesome and homemade for sure, delicious. Dimitri was the host and he greeted me and we had a good chat providing me with Georgia tips. I was able to even keepy bike in the room bcos the room was big

Superb host who does everything to please. Gave me cherries from his garden. Room amenities are complete. Everything you need is there. The town is small, so location cannot be too off.

Did not have the guesthouse name on the door, only “guesthouse”. Deduced the location from the address. Needs a better signage.

Your host is very friendly and speaks a good English. The room is basic, but spacious and you get what you need. Good point: there are mosquito screens on windows! There is space to park a car and for kids to play outside in the courtyard. Location is excellent, a couple of minutes away from center by walking. I do recommend!

It is nice humble room, just for the money. Landlord is very good man, helpful and he prepared good breakfast. Good parking if needed, and it is just next to town center.
