Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyEspecially if you want to get a bit of a rest from the a bit more touristy Mestia, this is the place you should go for. The guest house has a lovely garden where it is possible to relax after exploring the surroundings of the quiet and peaceful village of Mazeri. Marina is very helpful with everything. You also have the option to order dinner/breakfast which I would strongly recommend since Marina is a great cook. We ourselves are vegetarians and it was no problem at all for her to adapt the cooking:)

GeorgiaA lot of delicious local food for breakfasts and dinners. You will live in one building with the hosting family, so you have a great opportunity to see how they live. They were still really kind and helpful. There were a great views to the mountains on the south and to mountain Ushba directly from the terrace. If you don't mind living with family, shared bathroom and harder village conditions, then it is perfect accomodation for you. Great starting position for hiking to the mountains all around.

United KingdomSingle bathroom between rooms is an issue when property was full. Room walls quite thin, plus no curtains in rooms (only net curtains) made sleeping tricky. Dinner was substantial, but overly carb heavy with minimal protein, after long day of hiking wasn’t ideal. For 30 GEL it seemed pricey.
Nice sized rooms, very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very good.

HungaryOne bathroom for all of the guests which was busy. The bathroom has a construction error. The water flows to the opposite side of the drain, so it flows through the ceiling.
