Beautiful cottage

I liked everything

Lovely cottage and location and amazing views! Honestly can't complain one bit, hot water and everything! Sweet and attentive staff and clean spaces!

Wifi wasn't strong in the cottages.

Very comfortable for family. Amazing view from the cottage. Kitchen and cleaning machine is perfect for family stay. The son of the owner speaks fluent English and was very helpful.

The place was a nightmare and caused us mental anguish. We had to leave after the first night and look for an alternative place. This took away our time and caused a delay in our planned trip.

The reception was unpleasant. The room was beyond reproach. There was no hot water in the shower. We had to shower with cold water in the morning. The water in the toilet in the bathroom did not work. There is no shower, so the water wetted the toilet and remained standing on the shower floor. The bed was very small for a couple and there was little room to move around the sides of the bed. There was no chair to put a suitcase or bag on, everything was on the floor in a very small room. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The sheet was exactly the size of the bed and loose. In the end, staying another night was out of the question and we had to leave. After showing the owner the problem with the shower, we demanded the money for the extra night but only received a partial refund.

The location. Family houses the staff was very friendly however they they speak other languages

They need to improve on kitchen need furniture adding glass, plates.... wasn't a problem for us as we didn't cook....

Such nice owners that were very accommodating. We rented a room but upgraded for an a frame for a good price. Highly reccomend.

A little cold, you need to ask for them to turn the heat on.

Beautiful views, authentic Georgian, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

The shower should have a curtain so that everything doesn't get wet when you shower.

The views were as good as expected. The cottage is very well equipped with a full kitchen. The bath was very nice in the evening.

The staff could have been nicer when welcoming us even if they didn’t speak English. I believe the place is overpriced for the service provided.

The mountain views are amazing! The staff is super friendly and they make a very good breakfast. The cottage was big and had a lot of light, with a nice small jacuzzi.

The cottage was not very well equipped for cooking (e.g., pans and pots etc), and the pillows were not so comfy. Otherwise a great place.

The view when u wake up in the morning was amazing… u will see snow mountain and green mountains as soon as u open your eyes… We rent one bedroom chalet with bathtub view…they provided plates, spoon, gas, kitchen and u can do ur own. And they also provide washing machine. U can do camp fire at night with friends or steak bbq night. The view is fabulous. We are at 1500km height of mountains. George was young, amazing and he guided us on our day trip too…we will definitely miss you and hope to stay again at elli guest house. George, Help us for camp fire and the experience is amazing. His English is so good too…

The view is wonderful.

There was no card payment they insist to take the money cash, which was inconvenient. There was no wifi for the TV. The power went off for more than two hours. The balcony in front of the hut has no chairs to set,we had to ask for it.

I stayed at the cottage with Jacuzzi, amazing experience, with nice view.

A bit pricey and Television wasn’t working so unfortunately they didn’t fix even after requested.

Everything was great from the beautiful views to the spacious and cozy cottage. The garden was well maintained and added a lovely charm to the place. It was peaceful, relaxing.

There was no Wi-Fi during our stay, which made it a bit difficult to stay connected. Also, the breakfast was the same every day, and on one of the mornings, it was even forgotten. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there, but with a few improvements, it could have been even better.

The cottages were fantastic, comfortable clean with all the needed facilities. The view and location was spectacular above our expectations. A really gooddddd choice .

The owner was a bit rude but fortunately the rest of the staff were really polite and they prepared us breakfast to take with us take away since we had to go out early.
