Kitchen area was not very well stocked. Check in was such a mess. The place was not well marked either literally or on GPS (taxi couldnt find it) and nobody to recieve us. We had to ask the neighbours and other guests before eventually finding our way in. Check out was pretty similar in spite of extra effort on our part to find somebody to pay anx recieve the keys. When we did find somebody however, they were super nice and ordered us a cab and everything so theres that!

Close to the things we wanted to see, but far enough to feel private and not too busy. Room was great. Spacious and clean. Price was very fair.

There is not a proper sign or reception. However there is a yard with several doors and somebody will assist for sure.

Value for money is great. Nice shower, good bed and top wi-fi. It is a basic room with everything you need, great location 5 minutes walk from Abanotubani. The owners are very helpful. They kept our luggage and arranged for taxi at very convenient price. Super-recommended.

Great value with everything walkable in the old town and bus stop nearby. There was even a washing machine in the room! Other reviews said the owner was unkind- in my experience he was totally fine and polite but just doesn’t speak English! A neighbor/family member was able to translate. I would definitely stay again.

Walking distance to the old city, but coming back you need to climb some steep road, best to use Bolt taxi, still affordable.

Best place to stay very close to the old city and other attractions. Luggage storage facility helped us as we travelled to other cities. if I am visiting Tbilisi I would stay at this place.

There was a keetle, microwave, refrigerator. The room was big, the bathroom was clean, there was constantly hot water. There is a washing machine in the owners home, which can be used. The location is great. Although the place is nearly in historical center of Tbilisi, it was quiet and calm at night

So easy to find just at the back of the Sulfur Bath Area.The owner does not speak English but his sign language makes it easy for us to understand. Very Clean. Good value for your money. It has an attached bathroom with a nice big full body mirror on the door. Surely we will book this place once we are in Tblisi.

Nice and calm place to stay a couple of nights. Very friendly owner and easy check-in. The apartment was clean and comfy. The location is more than perfect - it's close to the historical center but there's no loud noises and you can enjoy a cup of morning coffee in the yard.

We arrived very late around 2am. The staff was awake to help us with everything. The room was big and comfortable, just like in the pictures, and even included a nice spot for making coffee and sit outside. The Private bathroom included towels and the shower was good. The location is great, up the road from the center of the old city, but still quiet. All in all very recommended!

Great location. Very comfy beds and good air conditioning. Nice backyard with grapes and other plants. The owner let us in almost at midnight, and we could also keep our luggage in the guest house a couple of extra hours after check out. Very friendly attitude in general.. The home-made wine we bought from the owner was really good, worth trying.

Finding the facility may not be easy. It should be better signposted. I had to ask neighbours for the place.

Great location in the Old Town area, walking distance from the famous Turkish baths. Large room and washroom. Owner sells homemade wine and chacha (moonshine).
