Two bedrooms were on second floor. For our family traveling with handicapped daughter it was problem but it is our special problem.

We rent a new cottage with all facilities that we needed. Maya is super host. Location was perfect close to center and all attractions,but quite. Restrorant with live .music is 100 meters from cottage. Parking lot is close to cottage.

Great value and in the centre of Mestia. There's a washing machine which was 5 lari for a wash, and a kitchen which can be used. The room was comfortable.

This was a top-level stay: The most charming and helpful hostess, perfect location in the very center of Mestia, room comfort, 3 (!) heaters to keep you warm, great Wi-Fi, plentiful breakfasts... Not sure what can be improved! I would probably like a little more sunlight in the room, but it's the mountains, so I totally understand the need for thick walls and smaller windows.

Comfortable and warm (!) apartments. There is a shared full kitchen and a washing machine. In general, there is everything necessary even for a long stay. Responsive and hospitable hostess. Recommended!

Unfortunately, we had problems with the bathroom in our room: there was a terrible smell from the pipes, the shower head was unscrewed and lay separately from the hose. We stayed for only one night, this did not interfere with our good rest, I hope the hosts will fix it.

We were pleased with the excellent location very close to the city center, close to all important points. Very nice hosts. There is a shared kitchen downstairs, where there is everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony, nice courtyard. Inexpensive.

The room is very big with one 3-single bed-room and one double-bed room, with a large living room and big kitchen. Plenty of space. The house is fully facilitated, just like home. They also have a big garden. The host is very nice. I definitely recommend this house, especially for group of friends.

A nice accommodation located just a few minutes from the main street. Offers peace and quiet. Each room has electric heaters available all year long, there's a kitchen to be shared.

Lovely double room with private bathroom, heater and hot shower. Small kitchenette with microwave available on ground floor. We were able to leave our large luggage on site whilst completing the trek to Ushguli. Nice friendly host, location excellent. We stayed before and after our hike
