We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI never saw a staff member of the hotel except twice when walking in through reception on arrival and out when we left. There was broken glass laying on the hallway floor the entire week. Washing machine available in the apartment, but not detergent. I thought the location would be far enough away from The Drunk Cherry club music, but, our neighbors were obnoxiously loud at all times of the morning and night. Actually, the sound of the dripping water outside the balcony door was sometimes quite noisy as well, I might suggest trying a room on a higher floor. Bright lights from the parking lot outside. There was no hot water for our first 2 nights. No discount offered. When I looked around for somewhere else to move to, there were plenty of similar places for cheaper. The lobby was pretty bare, just enough seating for a few guests to wait to recieve a room key or wait for a ride to leave. The apartments all seem to advertise pools and spas in their building, but actually there is an additional charge. Most places only provide one roll of toilet paper, anything more you have to buy. The ski shop right below in the same building rented us low quality and uncomfortable gear, though we didn't know what to expect of the area at the time. They aren't listed on google, so I couldn't privide feedback for them. Later, I paid another shop to wax the rental board and provide better goggles.
Washing machine included, but no detergent. Bedside tables with lights. Small refrigerator. Water pressure.

FranceThere was no heating in the building at the time I was there and the small heater was not enough. But I've been provided with a bigger one when asked. (it wasn't the high season) the facilities were all closed apart from a supermarket. It wasn't expected and written down before booking.
Well equipped appartment, everything functional. Good bed and shower. All equipment, electrical plates, fridge, washing machine... Some pictures don't refer to the building but to the whole ski complex.
