The hotel is a short walk into town - but we didn't mind this. Takes around 15min.

This was one of our favourite stays. The room was bright and comfortable. The wine that we received on arrival was actually the best I tasted in Georgia - make sure to buy a bottle if you get chance. Check in was really easy. We really enjoyed our stay- thank you!

Perfect location, easy check-in and great communication with the host. The house was lovely, had everything we needed for a night. Also, amazing balcony's (there are three) with stunning views over causcaus.

I didn't have any issues with the accommodation.

A lovely bright room with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I had a small balcony where I could sit admiring the view and listening to birdsong. I opted to have breakfast every morning and each morning I was presented with a feast. The view from the breakfast room was absolutely superb. It was a bit of a walk (downhill) into town but a cheap taxi ride back so no problem. Finally, there was some complementary wine in the fridge which was very welcome.

It’s a very long way from town, expect to walk at least half an hour each way to go anywhere! We didn’t have it (because of this), but breakfast at 30 GEL a head is very expensive, especially when considering other places around

A lovely property and the view is super. Very comfortable rooms, and they gave us the ones with balconies although we hadn’t booked them. A nice present of wine in the fridge that led us to buy some before we left!

A snags stopping it being a top quality 3 or 4 star hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be one, like the doors a little thin, some small diy snags, slightly sensitive shower. But for the price 10/10

Great value for money, clearly upgraded the mattresses since the last reviews, nice simple rooms, comfortable beds, aircon, beautiful fun rooftop, for the low price it's great value.

Very clean, modern hotel/ guest house. The best part were the three terraces on the second floor, from where you can see the beautiful chain of Caucasus mountains.

We had a lovely stay at Heatia. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The homemade wine was delicious—we really enjoyed sipping a glass on the balcony. The location is great too, just a short walk into town, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I highly recommend this place!

I loved the concept. Amazing views of the Caucasus Mountains. Breakfast was great. Lovely hospitality from Nino. Loved the activities inside the hotel, lot of board games / card games to choose from. The decor was pretty.

Excellent atmosphere. I feel in love with Telavi because of this hotel. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Nino, the host—she is such a kind and wonderful person! She went above and beyond to help me with everything, ensuring I had the best experience possible. Her hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. Spectacular location with breathtaking view of the mountains. The rooms are cosy with chic artworks spread throughout. They have a beautiful terrace that can be accessed any time. There are many nice restaurants nearby as well. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Nino in particular stayed beyond her work hours to help us with our check in. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on! We had a great time overall!

The hotel is so beautiful! We had a nice view from our room and the roof terrace, good wine as a welcome gift waiting for us and the staff and Nino were so helpful, they gave us great recommendations for wine tours and also the breakfast was great :) everything is very clean and the beds extremely comfortable, very good value - highly recommend!
