It may sound a bit weird but i did not like that hotel was too calm and quiet. Some might love the peace and quiet at the hotel, but for me it felt a little too quiet

The hotel is in a really good location. Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were friendly and polite. What i like the most is that the hotel has its own parking, which most hotels in tbilisi do not have.

Very nice cosy little hotel, location is just great, walking distance to all major attractions. Rooms are fairly small but very cosy, breakfast was very good, hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

if you want to feel like at home, the hotel is the best for your stay in Tbilisi. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We came very late at night, but it was not a problem. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the surroundings are not loud. We could sleep well. the laundry is available. the best breakfast: home made pancakes and cheese from farmers. The breakfast time was resheduled earlier as we had to leave in the morning. In the evening we had a cosy evening in their restaurant.

room was very small, the light in the bathroom didn't work, wifi connection didn't work inside my room, the hotel only accepted cash, they came before 12:00 to ask me to check out, and then as i sat outside no one even went to clean my room (i could've stayed in there a bit longer).

It was difficult to carry suitcases up the very steep steps to the third floor, the TV in the room did not work, and we had to jump on the beds because they have very high legs. The repairs are not finished yet, very noisy, it was impossible to rest after the journey.

New hotel

After being asked to pay in advance and I did. Officially, with proper invoices and through registered company. BUT all my group (20 people) was kept outside and not let into the rooms until from my private account I had to transfer to the hotel's owner's personal account around 400 euros. They manager was hiding some payments, they were aware I paid my bills but still created situation full of intimidation and stress to make me pay extra money just so my group could be let in to the hotel. They called it force major and already more than 3 weeks passed, I haven't seen this money. No apologies, blaming on their own manager, whom they hired and who was owning money to them. It was illegal, I could call to police, but knowing how slow some things work, I couldnt keep people in the rain and paid, with a hope getting time to find solution and also just understand why I need to pay someone's debt while me as a client did all responsibilities. Anyways. This was experience like from soviet movies, so called aferisti. One of the worst experiences I had to face in Georgia from years traveling there. This hotel is reported to tourism board and hotel association. DONT STAY HERE.NOT SAFE.
